I had to rebuild this house I bought in 2017 due to mold. I had at least 6 plumbers in here at any point in time for quotes or work (that ended up being WICKED shoddy!). A neighbor recommended Reeve's, so I called them: they reviewed all the shoddy work of the other plumber and finished doing other work that needed to be done. I've also called them a handful of times in the last 2 years for random work, like replacing my outside water hose hookup. They're always great to deal with, LOVE that they're a local family business, and most importantly, I trust them and feel safe when they work on my home! They're the only plumbers I'll be calling as long as I live in Dallas :)

Plumbing services were okay. A failure to communicate resulted in additional damage to our home. Then to top it off, the office personnel promised detailed statements for insurance purposes by Friday on Monday. Requested documents were not provided and we were told we had to wait. We need these to file the insurance claim that was partly their fault.

I've been using this company for years. They came out this week to replace our garbage disposal. As usual, the repairman was nice, on time, and did a great job.

Reeves family plumbing has been a life saver for us! We bought a new house that must was built with a blind plumber it seems. We've had issues with every sink, shower, tub, toilet and even the water heater! They've always been on time and are always very professional and friendly. They have good prices and really know what they are doing. They have a client for life with us!

Warning: Extremely high prices.

I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me.

I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500.

Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

This company is great. We have used other plumbers before we found Reeves several years ago and always had issues. Not with Reeves. They are punctual, fast and reasonably priced. They are great for emergencies or simply moving a faucet up. I use them at my work as well.

Recently I experienced a leak coming from my washing machine. I had used Reeves Family Plumbing several times before and called them for this problem. Lori called me back and after a few questions, she said that it sounded more like a failing machine than a leak.
It turned she was correct. I was saved a service call expense that she could have easily charged me.

Reeves Family Plumbing will always be my choice for any plumbing issues. Lori is Super. All of their service techs have been honest and professional. Lori Tech J.R. has been at my home twice and fixed problems. He is a super guy.

My neighbor responded to a Vision Pack ad he received in the mail for a free service call from a company whose namesake once flew a kite with a key attached and signed the Declaration of Independence. Well, the "free" call did not include this area and the work was expensive. He had seen the Reeves Family plumbing truck at my house recently and asked about them. I told him next time call my guys. There are no gimmicks, tricks or up-sells. Just honest straight forward service and pricing.

Called them due to an issue with little to no water pressure in the kitchen faucet and water not going into the dishwasher. After 2 hours and $340 + new faucet I had a new faucet installed and still no water going to the dishwasher. They only install dishwashers and do not repair water lines for them. The guys were nice enough and seem like they knew what they were doing but $340 and the entire problem not fixed is a little extreme!!!

I have used this company twice, they replaced my water heater and got it up to code and also fixed a leak from under my house. My next door neighbor used them after seeing them at my house and a very good friend of mine also used them for her clogged bath drain in Richardson. Always polite and courteous and very happy to help you with your issue no matter how big or small. I really like how they are very sincere and genuine dealing with customers. My family and I have found the only Plunming company who we trust coming into our home. Thanks Reeves Family for the great job you have provided my family and friends with.
