If I could give 0 stars I would. The office is most unprofessional. This company lacks transparency on billing, charge for services not performed, and overcharge. In the process of trying to understand a June quote, I discovered months after they provided a prior service, that I was charged for items that DID NOT occur. I have email evidence with the office telling me I was charged a particular amount for resetting a toilet ($175 to be exact) and $190 for partially finishing the initial proposed job. (The person who initially provided the quote misunderstood the scope of the job. We were very clear and he misunderstood.) When I noted the toilet was caulked not reset and we still have issues with it and questioned WHY we were charged for a service that did not occur (resetting), she gaslit. She provided no reason as to why she said I was charted $175 for resetting a toilet that was not set. They removed something that was stuck in garbage disposal (5 minutes) and caulked toilet. The real problem is the lack of transparency. She failed to provide any reason why I was charged that amount and stated no further communication would occur. The gaslighting is not a one off. The initial June quote included two items: sink and caulking toilet. I explained that they already caulked the toilet in October and requested a breakdown of the June quote so I could understand the proposal. She provided another proposal with the same dollar amount as the initial one and said the caulking would be complimentary. That is not complimentary since the prior June proposal was the exact same amount. I spent over 3 months attempting to resolve this issue with them. All I sought was a breakdown of costs provided from a prior service and the proposal. They talk in circles and are not transparent with billing practices. Their responses were frustrating because they would wholly fail to answer questions. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had called the day prior for an estimate on our plumbing. Was told it was free unless the plumber gets his tools out in whcih case they would contact me.
I then get a call that the repairs are $450 and if I do not pay they will undo my toilets. Awful service, lying company.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR ITS WRITTEN SIGNED PROPOSALS AND COMMITS CREDIT CARD FRAUD. My $5000 written proposal for plumbing repairs turned into $8615 since this office staff added additional charges outside the scope of the proposal and charged my credit card without my approval or knowledge. DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT IN THEIR THE QUICKBOOK SYSTEM WITH A CREDIT CARD. The company will capture your credit card and use it to commit fraud. Due to the Ice storm earlier this year, I put a $1500 deposit on a credit card in their QuickBooks system. The office staff then used my card without my knowledge or approval to add an additional $3615 after I paid the balance of my contract with a check. What's worse they believe it's okay to charge my card without my knowledge or approval for services. The company sat on my funds for over a month and would not address the issue. To resolve the matter I am in the process of filing a Dallas Police Report for Credit Card Fraud, a complaint with the BBB, and a Complaint with the State of TX Plumbing Board. Additional Red Flags- AMEX initially blocked the $1500 deposit since other customers must have had fraud committed by this firm. In addition, they were hesitant to provide their insurance certificate.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. I had a Rheem water heater installed 2 years ago. The installer forgot to shut off a valve, and there was serious ceiling and wall damage as a result. The company did resolve that issue, but now the thermostat broke. I would think that if a company installs a product, they should stand behind it and keep spare parts in stock. However, they're telling me that because it's under warranty, they have to order it from the manufacturer via snail mail. We will probably be without hot water for about a week. This is unacceptable.

I contacted Reeves Family Plumbing for repairs to a busted copper water pipe at my home during the winter storm of February 2021. While other plumbers were unavailable, Fernando and his team came to the rescue. They had the problem solved in less than an hour with water restored at a fair price. I highly recommend giving them a call should you have any plumbing issues.

I had to rebuild this house I bought in 2017 due to mold. I had at least 6 plumbers in here at any point in time for quotes or work (that ended up being WICKED shoddy!). A neighbor recommended Reeve's, so I called them: they reviewed all the shoddy work of the other plumber and finished doing other work that needed to be done. I've also called them a handful of times in the last 2 years for random work, like replacing my outside water hose hookup. They're always great to deal with, LOVE that they're a local family business, and most importantly, I trust them and feel safe when they work on my home! They're the only plumbers I'll be calling as long as I live in Dallas :)

Plumbing services were okay. A failure to communicate resulted in additional damage to our home. Then to top it off, the office personnel promised detailed statements for insurance purposes by Friday on Monday. Requested documents were not provided and we were told we had to wait. We need these to file the insurance claim that was partly their fault.
