I was very impressed with my service and highly recommend!!

I called Reese Plumbing this morning for help when I noticed water flowing out of the sewer cleanout in my driveway. Jeremy answered his phone and told me that he'd pack up his truck with the required tools and head over. 30 minutes later he was there and fixing the problem. He was patient with me when I had questions about what he was doing and educated me about the process. He was very thorough in removing the roots that were blocking the pipes (he showed me the roots that were blocking the pipe in several different places and then showed me the clean pipes once all the roots were removed). He also recommended that I use a root killer product from time to time to keep the problem at bay.

MUST CALL if you have a plumbing issue. I highly recommend calling a REAL PLUMBER for any plumbing job because the risks of leaks or costly repairs if you do it yourself can cost you big time.

Reese came to my rescue when a handyman botched a simple job in my shower. A valve needed replacing because the hot water would not work. I just moved into a rental unit and had many other things to do so I decided to call a plumber/handyman. The person I called hacked up my shower and caused an additional $300 in damage.

It took this handy man the entire day to botch this job and in the end, I had to kick him out of my place before he caused more damage. THANK GOD I stopped him just in time before he cut a hole in the shower fixture that would have cost me $1200 to replace.

REESE showed up 30 minute after and was able to get my water running for the weekend. On Monday, he showed up and made the repairs to the damage, and installed the new equipment Bobby the Handy Man fowled up.

I HIGHLY recommend Reese Plumbing!

PROS: Professional, trained, has a fully stocked truck to take on any job, clean, uniforms, puts on shoe guards even when we said it was not necessary, affordable, and guarantees the work.

I don't know, maybe don't advertise that you're available 24/7 for emergencies if 1) you're not going to answer your phone at 830am on a Sunday morning, and 2) aren't going to return a phone call when someone leaves you a voicemail.

Maybe just put ""closed on Sundays"" on your website and don't waste people's time.

10 Stars every time! Reese Plumbing just completed their biggest plumbing job on this old house to date. Jeremy charged a fair price and the job was completed quickly, cleanly and with absolute perfection in every way.

We like that Jeremy is very familiar with the older hillside homes and he understands how they were built and plumbed. Both he and Andrew are excellent communicators, too.

Reese responded to my call to repair a patio gasoline leak. They wanted $265 for a two connection repair. I dug out the line and could not repair it with the tools I own. I asked them to come back to help me and. Ever got a call back. Next!

Jeremy is a great guy and was able to help me clear the drains in my apartment building. There are a lot of plumbers to pick from and I have had some not so good experiences but Jeremy Reese was great. I will be calling him again. Trustworthy, fair pricing and on time.
