We were referred to Reese Plumbing by our neighbor since we had a minor back up in our bathtub.

Jeremy was friendly, professional, arrived on time and fair pricing.

A few days later, we realized our water heater had to be replaced, since it was over 12 years old and the hot water, was showing signs of rust.

We priced water heaters and asked Jeremy for a quote. He came over to see it and his pricing and labor was fair, so we booked him to take care of installing a new water heater for us.

Then, as it turns out, this one spot on the ceiling in one of our rooms, was showing a small water stain. My husband felt it and it was damp, so we called Jeremy and he sent over Massimo the next morning to take a look.

Sure enough, there was a pinhole leak and the pipe was corroded. Massimo took care of the pipe and was efficient, professional, clean and just awesome.

Again, pricing was fair and on par w/ what we've paid in the past for not such great work or service.

Thanks Jeremy and Massimo for this week of crazy plumbing issues.

Massimo did a great job and explained everything he was going to do. Showed me where the potential bathtub leak was and fixed it right the first time. No monkey business, just good work and no excuses. A bit pricey, but I rather pay more for a great job than less for a poor job. Would call them again if I needed more plumbing jobs.

Incredible hometown small businessman. I suppose nobody ever wants to need a plumber, but back in early February Jeremy answered my distress call when I found myself hearing a leak. He arrived within an hour & detected a major slab leak (everyone's worst plumbing nightmare right?). I say this because his prompt response & relentless efforts to try & make it a simple fix were remarkable to me. He explained everything all along the way. After spending many more hours than I knew he intended his ethics did not allow him to charge me for all of his time. He said ""I simply charge for the job"". Tears filled my eyes.
Due to the extent of our situation after he laid out all of our options clearly (not AT ALL pressuring us!) we elected to do a whole house re pipe. He was SO kind to work hard to get our plumbing situation ""liveable"" until we were ready to compete the project. Of course we went with him & his team. Throughout the process the entire team was prompt, attentive, clean, caring of how things worked, fair in pricing, thorough. Additionally, Jeremy in overseeing the larger projects would follow through with small details that needed attention.
Because of his character, work ethic etc since our experience 2 other of my neighbors have also used him for projects and he has come through just as faithfully for them.
I just find it SO refreshing to work with such a good quality, caring business man & wanted to share my story here as THIS is where in my panic I found him back in early February when I heard that leak. I hope your situation is an easy fix, but if it is or isn't Reese plumbing is worthy of your trust & business!

Had older parts in numerous bathrooms that were causing issues. Jeremy from Reese responded to my inquiry immediately. His tech Massimo was extremely efficient, thorough and left the 3.5 hour job spotless. I won't use any other plumbing service moving forward.

Lacks transparency in his pricing. Turned out to be extremely expensive. Can receive the same quality of service for a FAIR price elsewhere. I do not recommend him.
