Reel plumbing was a real blessing. Gary was a professional that helped us get our water back on ( both cold and hot) for a price that I'm sure left his profit at zero. Our water problem happened 3 days before Thanksgiving and with no hesitation, Gary helped us and left money in the bank for us to still have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Bought a new condo and the shower knob was leaking as well as a possible leak in the sink. The two guys that came were very efficient, friendly and completed all the working a timely fashion. I felt it was well worth the money I paid and will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

This outfit is really great .. fixed a clogged line in Jan and now I had a shower knob that wouldn't shut off .. With the luck of the draw I drew Glen again. The fixture inside the knob had gone bad and was stuck in place and broke when the attempt was made to remove it.. Glen's first knob replacement didn't work but the second one did. Another great experience with a great outfit .. and at a good price. Thank you Reel Plumbing

Very upset and feeling unsettled over the way my quote was handled. I've worked with them before to fix a leak in my copper pipping and the man that came out did a great job and finished the job in a timely manner. I had a break in my main line that needed to be fixed so I called them again since they did a great job the first time the owner Gary and his son came out to my home and then sent me a quote a couple days later I was very happy with the quote given but that's when everything went down hill. After I let them know I wanted to move on with the job and asked for the earliest date possible I received back an email from Gary stating he was not going to move on with doing the job in my home... this was literally the next day after he sent me the email with the quote saying he's looking forward to working with me?? I was confused so I called to speak to him and when I questioned him as to why this is happening when it's just a day later he said he doesn't have the man power and there is a schedule issues however how can we have a schedule issue when we don't have a date set! Also it wasn't going to be till possibly the end of August so is there no way to have the man power by then or schedule me at a later date?? He gave me no solution what so ever and I am very disappointed with this result. I've attached photos of the emails as evidence. I just want everyone to beware he will literally change his mind over night and give you no solutions as to how he can help you.

Called them at night because I had 2 toilets not flushing completely. They called me the next morning at 07:30 Said he could send someone by late morning. They arrived at about 10:30 am They had to snake the outside drain for about 30 minutes. Got everything working well. This is the second time I have called them. They got here and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely call them again if needed.
