two guys show up, one young and one older. The older guy pulls out a price schedule and then they charge you $249 whether they do anything or not. rip off. I also felt they were insulting.

I called reeh plumbing for a problem I asked is there a service call charge no we don't charge where you live I had a small leak in a water line under the sink I turned off water to it. Since we wash dishes with hot water and waited until they could come out so service man comes in and I showed him the problem he pulls out this menu that shows prices for 10 different things 241.00 was my menu price plus an 8 dollar fuel charge and a 3% fee for using a credit card wow taking a credit card should be a cost of doing business plus driving your company vehicle to a customers home to get business should be a cost of doing business so 256.47 for a total for a 40 minute job they are not up front with everything could have written a check for the service so for me lesson learned I will never call them for any thing and my word of mouth advertising will not be positive for them. A 9.00 part replaced and it cost 256.47 total yes the there was labor but 249.00 in labor is way to much.

they are a master at bait and switch. they charged me $249.00 to change a filter out. way overcharge people. the way you deal with that is do not call them. they send two guys out--one watches while the other one works-sounds like a government job!

Called Reeh plumbing with a water leak (during the freeze December 2022) at 5pm. He sent a guy out and we were taken care of by 9pm! Amazing service! Amazing reliability! Thank you reeh plumbing!

We had an emergency plumbing situation with 20 guest on our ranch in Fredericksburg. The septic backed up and we needed help ASAP. The situation started off great. The technician arrived fast, solved the issue, it was a little pricy but we expected being a weekend and an emergency.
My wife was speaking to the technician the entire time along with other guest. Later that night the back up occurred again so my wife texted him asking what we should do. He walked us through it and we were able to handle ourselves.
After that moment, things went south. Later the technician asked if my wife wanted him to come by and take a look to make sure it was okay... It was after 11:30 pm. She responded "no." He responded back "YOUR HOT." Are you kidding me?!?!? A terrible representation of the company.
They also didn't accept credit card on site with the technician so we sent a check in. They never received it, and charged us finance charges.... I thought that was pretty ridiculous. I am glad I was at home otherwise I believe my wife would have felt unsafe in the situation. I hope no one else has a similar experience.

The sound of water running out of the wall is never good. We called Reeh Plumbing and they sent out Kenneth (hope I have that name right). Even though it was after hours, Kenneth was so nice and respectful. He was efficient and quick and made a stressful situation easier. We have my mom in Hospice here at her house and when he left he said he would pray for her. I have no doubt he did just that. So glad I called Reeh.

Recently had a hot water issue, after calling Reeh they looked at it and even with the heater being 15 years old, they attempted to replace an element.
Then decided that wouldn't work so said it needed replacing at a $1500 price. We choose to replace ourselves for $400 and they still charged $200 for basically NOTHING. A service charge is one thing but $200 is
Ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!

My husband and I have used Reeh Plumbing for years at the ranch house, cabins and our place in town for various issues.
We have been beyond impressed with their knowledge, level of professionalism and efficiency.
Anytime we have needed their services, they have all parts available on their truck, so there's no paying someone while the clock is ticking to go look for it!
When they have performed work for us, they always wear shoe coverings so as not to damage or dirty the floors.
We are addressed as "Sir" or "Mam."
They're prices are reasonable and fair, as far as plumbing fees go.
No matter what plumber has been sent out to do our work, we have had nothing but positive experiences, and things are repaired correctly the FIRST time!
Unfortunately, we went with another plumber on a "whim" as he contracts out with Sears in Kerrville to install dishwashers etc. He had come out to install ours last summer, however, this man was so huge, he couldn't fit under the sink to do the work, and his poor little assistant did all the work. We were satisfied with it, so we decided to give him another try. You can read the reviews for Poorman's Plumbing if you Google it.

After trying several plumbers in town, Reeh in Fredericksburg were the only ones who could immediately respond to my plumbing emergency. The technicians arrived and immediately explained the cost schedule so that I was fully aware of all the possibilities that could be facing me. There was an added degree of difficulty with this 111-year old rock house with its antiquated plumbing that required multiple approaches and additional time to address. When the blockage was finally cleared, I noted another problem and asked them to correct it. I was shown the cost schedule so that I could decide if I wanted to pursue it. This is the antithesis of the hard-sell approach, and I was thankful to John B and his assistant for their professionalism and and patience with my questions.
