Wow, great service on a tricky problem. We had sewer backup in a flood drain, flood control issue and a clog. Reeg thoughtfully diagnosed and fixed all the issues quickly and cost effectively. Very responsive and friendly team. Can't say enough about Reeg, they certainly get my business and recommendation.

Love all the guys at Reeg Plumbing! I have a crazy old 1913 house with a bathroom from the 50s and they have been out to fix a dripping tub faucet and fix the toilet. They are so kind and professional and do a great job. If you have an older house (or even if you don't!), they really know their stuff. And scheduling with them is super easy - they send texts when the appointment is booked, when they are on their way, etc. Will never call anyone else.

I had seen their trucks in our neighborhood and heard good things about them and so called them about a kitchen drain backup I was having that was getting worse. They said they couldn't make it out until the following week so unsolicitedly referred me to another company. That's customer service I appreciate! I'm definitely going to give them another shot for other work (so long as their referred company doesn't blow me away :-)).

I found a leak in my basement and tracked it down to the kitchen sink. I reached out to Reeg for a repair. I spoke with Chris (who is VERY friendly). After sending a photo, he booked for the next day as the job should only take an hour or two. I was stoked to get it resolved.

Bode was assigned and scheduled to arrive between 10-12am. He was running late (it happens) and Reeg called to let me know. No worries! Bode is super friendly also. After looking at the issue in person he spotted another BIGGER leak... CRAP (literally). He said he needed to get the owner out to do an estimate.

I called the following day after not hearing from them. I thought they would call me but might have been confused on that. I left a message. When they called me back the following morning their scheduler told me she could get me on the schedule for an ESTIMATE 2 weeks later! No idea how long completing the work might take... No bueno. At this point I am doing dishes in the powder room sink and dumping a bucket catching leak water several times a day to prevent a damaging basement flood.

I guess I don't understand why a 2 hour repair could be performed next day but an ESTIMATE on a ""big job"" (wouldn't they want the work?) takes TWO FREAKING WEEKS! If there had been a temporary solution offered I might have waited. It just isn't reasonable to not have a functioning kitchen sink for 3 weeks or longer.

They are nice folks but I had to go elsewhere. I wanted to hire Reeg. Maybe additional time could be allotted for estimates? ? Or someone in addition to the owner could be empowered to perform estimates?

I would try them again for other plumbing projects if it wasn't an urgent issue.

Almost 30 yr customer of this excellent plumber! Expert, knowledgable, great customer service and responsive. Maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Having such an exceptional plumber is probably right up there with having expert doctors or lawyers. These guys are simply outstanding. Worth every penny. Wish I could give 6 stars!

Scott did an excellent job installing new water heater, removing old one, and cleaning up some old pipe. Top notch work. Our old HVAC/plumbing contractor went out of business a few years back but happy that we found Reeg and they will be our go to for any future needs.

Reeg Plumbing was amazing. They are professional, efficient, considerate and tidy. They protected our new floors with drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. We had a complete rerouting of the plumbing for a new kitchen. They knew exactly how to accomplish what we needed and the work was completed in a timely fashion and up to code. They even came back to reinstall a defective sink part at no cost. So happy with the results. REEG is my new go to plumber!

From cold water to hot in just a few hours! Sent a message thru their website late on Sunday asking for a quote about a new water heater. First thing Monday, Chris called to talk through the job.

Laser-focused on doing the job right the first time, and it clearly mattered to Chris that we have the right heater, not the biggest.

He and his colleague showed up early thanks to a cancellation, and they were done by lunch.

We not only have hot water, but it comes faster than before, and I think at the end of the month when the gas bill comes, I will be equally impressed with Reeg Plumbing.
