Scott did an excellent job installing new water heater, removing old one, and cleaning up some old pipe. Top notch work. Our old HVAC/plumbing contractor went out of business a few years back but happy that we found Reeg and they will be our go to for any future needs.

From cold water to hot in just a few hours! Sent a message thru their website late on Sunday asking for a quote about a new water heater. First thing Monday, Chris called to talk through the job.

Laser-focused on doing the job right the first time, and it clearly mattered to Chris that we have the right heater, not the biggest.

He and his colleague showed up early thanks to a cancellation, and they were done by lunch.

We not only have hot water, but it comes faster than before, and I think at the end of the month when the gas bill comes, I will be equally impressed with Reeg Plumbing.

I attempted to hire Reeg and they literally blew me off. They sent me a one sentence email that said ""we are 6-7 weeks out"". I replied with one sentence saying that's no excuse for such a poor response email. The owner then replied ""then find another plumber, you douche"".

I'd recommend to anyone who reads this to steer clear of Reeg.

Hot water tank went out & I was on the road. Chris quickly diagnosed problem, ordered part, sent out plumber ( also Chris) to install. It was a fluid situation and I needed someone trustworthy to send to my home when I was not there. Hassle free, excellent communication ( both of the problem & service call).

The water temperature in a shower wouldn't get below scalding. Another plumber told us they would have to break through a wall to fix the problem. We called Reeg Plumbing. They replaced some parts without breaking through a wall, but the temperature was still too hot. Talked to the owner who was very knowledgeable about the faucet system we had. He came out himself and figured out the problem which involved our recirculation pump and some defective rings on our new parts. The owner did not charge us for his time. We have been using Reeg for awhile now and have found that their plumbers are much more knowledgeable than other plumbers we have used. Last year Scott suggested installing an expansion tank on our hot water tank which solved another plumbing problem we were having. They know what they are doing.

Better than another local plumbing company, who had a very ""that's just how it is"" attitude to a kitchen sink/dishwasher plumbing problem. Reeg was much more knowledgeable, even when just chatting on the phone. They tried their best to alleviate the issue, using a professional snake (which the other guy didn't even bother to do), and were very aware of how my apartment's issue compares to similar problems in the area. Will use again.
