Do not use this so called company. I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday. The lady I spoke with even called me back to confirm my phone number. So on Wednesday by 2 they had not shown up. I called and was told that I didn't have an appointment. If I didn't have an appointment, how did they have my phone number. I have never seen such an unprofessional, piece of crap company in all my life. No wonder they only have a 4.2 rating. I should have went with my gut when I saw their ratings.

Today I had problem in the bathrooms in the bathtub and all toilets,it was clogged, a big mess. I called Reeds Plumber , great service very nice technician Mr David arrived quickly and fixed the problem , the price for service was great. I recommend Reed's service to everyone who needs such service. Thank you Reed's Plumbing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Harry came out to fix leak in bathtub, my home is an older home with antique porcelain knobs that were in excellent condition until Harry dropped one in the tub and broke it. I went in to see what happened and he said I'm so sorry I broke the knob, I will have my accounting department to credit the account or I will try to find one to replace it with. He stated he just sold a pair on ebay for 125.00. Upon arrival of bill there was no credit so I called and spoke to accounting, girl stated Harry never fabricates anything, so other words called me a Liar.
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST.

As a property manager I have worked with a verity of service companies. Reeds used to be a go-to company for the Springfield area. Sadly the ownership has changed and the reputation for customer care is a thing of the past. Recently a property's water heater needed service, reeds tec replaced a sensor and left. Charged $142.50 . I was notified by tenant that night the water was still cold. I called Reeds and they came back out and told me the water heater needed replaced. Charged an additional $95 to come and check their work and why it still wasn't working just to tell me it needed replaced. I called to have bill adjusted to reflect a fare charge for not fixing it. And was told the bill stands as is because they came out. They also wanted $1500 to replace the water heater after charging the $237. I went another route and the full replacement of the water hearted cost was $500. Reeds is still a step above Benjamin plumbing but only by a hair. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I have an old house with a bad sewer lateral. It needs cleaning once or twice a year. It mostly clogs on Saturday night, so I rent a machine on Sunday morning. But when it's a weekday, I call Reed's. Their service is timely, and their employees are competent and courteous.

Today, we're having my grandson's first birthday party at our house. So, this morning the sewer backs up. I called them at 8:20 this morning. I told them it was important that we have this taken care as soon as possible to avoid wifely stress today. They were done and gone by 11 AM.

The two service tech's were even more friendly, helpful, and courteous than usual. That's beating a high bar.

An older story: we remodeled our kitchen several years ago (5?). I chose Reed's then based on my history with them at the time. They did great work, and we've had no issues with their work

I never hesitate to call Reed's, and I never hesitate to recommend them to others. They're the first ones that come to my mind.

We have used Reeds on a couple of occasions and always been very happy with their service until yesterday. We had a clog in our basement bathroom which the technician took care of. But after bringing in his big commercial snake, I was left with dirty carpet from thrown sewage, sewage splatter on my walls, ruined towels he asked for to ""wipe up"" the floor, seal wax residue, and marks in the carpet from the snake also. I'm giving them three stars mainly due to past experience with them which was excellent but, if I were basing it on this experience only, it would be a one star.

Save your breath and most importantly your money by not hiring reeds. Reeds plumbing has horrible customer service. Their plumbers are lazy and did just a good enough job to make sure the leak makes it two months past their one year warranty. Thanks for the half ass installation reeds. Will be looking for a new plumber now.

Employees VERY RUDE!!! I literally have been cussed out about 3 times by the same Reed's Plumbing service guy in van #18, in South West Springfield just being parked at a gas station. If you're representing somebody's company, you probably shouldn't be cussing out any potential customers. I would NEVER call this company just due to this employee!! And I'll be sure to let EVERYBODY that I talk to about the experience! I could not imagine having an emergency, and needing to call REED's PLUMBING, and this guy showing up at my house!

I'm only limited to 500 charaters, which is not nearly enough to explain just how bad these people did. I'll sum it up though. I have a puddle of crap in my back yard and I don't mean that figuratively. These people didn't finish the job and just left wo 1 single word!!!! Unprofessional, unreliable, WILL NEVER reccomend them!!!!!
