Shane and Jason were prompt, courteous and so very careful in entering my moms home during the C19 crises. Masks were worn and surfaces wiped down. Equally as important was the great job they did in installing her water heater!

Shane Reed- competent and reliable especially on big jobs like my kitchen/ bathroom remodel which included a slab leak. Also replaced my water heater quickly when the old one died-same price as Home Depot. Nice guy too. Fair prices.

Wanted to replace the original shower and add a bench. Shane had a great idea given the space and with flexible piping was in and out quickly after arriving on time. Have used Reed's plumbing several times and always happy with the results.

We had a water heater disaster this past Dec. We called Shane like we always do when we have plumbing issues. He was there the next day replaced the old broken water heater with a new top of the line water heater in a few hours. The bill came out to be $1425 which I thought was very fair for what he had to do. He sent me an invoice weeks later so I called him to stop by my work in Laguna so I can pay the bill. He had been busy, and didn't even bother to collect the money until April.... Good for me, bad for him. Shane is the furtherest thing from some of the unethical greedy plumbers. He has done many big jobs and small jobs for our house and business. I trust him completely.

I couldn't help but to notice the only negative review by this bitter woman, checkout her other reviews. She has 7 reviews, and 5 of them are 1 star reviews. She is clearly very disturbed.

I should have written a review a long time ago! We've used Reeds plumbing a couple of times in the past couple years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They worked quickly and nearly and did a good job. We recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.

Been using Reed's Plumbing since the 90's. So fun to watch his business grow as well as his family. Very down to earth, reliable, honest and won't sell you something just to make more money. Not sure what the gal's problem was with only giving 1 star, but if you look at her other reviews, I don't think it's the companies that she's hiring that are the problem. So, shop local and give your business to a hard working local professional!!

So, like many of you I have had some trouble with plumbers in the past. It always seems like they are out for themselves and trying to take advantage of a homeowner.

I am glad to tell you that I found an honest, hard-working and trustworthy company in Reed's plumbing. It's a simple call and a quick fix when Reeds is on the job.

I've used Reed's Plumbing quite a few times over the years. Always pleased with the service and quality of work they did. Pricing too. I live in an old house so they've had a couple of hard jobs to do and everything came out great. Very happy customer here.
