So far so good. Came out on tough conditions and looking forward to two - three phase proposals. Used to manage 9,000 apartment homes and Paul Reed seems to be on top of his game.

We hired them to do our front and back yard for $40 a month on a corner lot, twice a month. They did okay the first time but gave them a second chance after asking them not to mulch the leaves in the flower beds but instead to pick them up. When they did not show up we called and they insisted they would be there the next day. We ended up raking the majority of our own yard ourselves and they eventually came out and picked up ONLY the leaves we pre-raked. They did not touch the side of the house that extends to our mailbox and neighbors house (our survey markers are still present from buying last month) and did not touch or rake anywhere else. Leaves remained piled in our back yard and around our pool that we had not raked. Leaves remained in flower beds in our front yard as well. They didnt make any effort to clean up the yard. Just mowed and left.... and still proceeded to charge us the full amount. We called and fired them but still had to pay for a lame excuse of yard work that we did most of ourselves.
