Reliable honest plumber. Has fixed a clogged tub drain, kitchen faucet, and a garbage disposal. I haven't had any issues with their work. Finished jobs in one day and his prices were fair.

I'm afraid that Chris Reed has extreme highs and lows! He won my confidence in him by doing a great job replacing 2 toilets and fixing a pipe issue left from another plumber. He seemed like a hardworking and trustworthy business owner. Then our grinder pump needed replacing and he jumped to the task. Unfortunately, we've had problems with the new grinder pump installation for the last 4 months, even to the point of overflow into our basement storage area. He has committed to coming by to figure it out on numerous occasions, but never showing. No other plumber will touch it because they didn't install it. Unfortunately, we had also given him $1,500 for plumbing materials for another project. He cashed the check the same day, and we never saw the materials, causing us to have to pay another plumber. He may be a good plumber, but he is certainly not an ethical businessman.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!! He is unreliable and much worse than that.... He will take your money to order your materials and NOT actually pay for your materials. He will set a time to work at your establishment and NOT show up. He cost us $x,xxx because we paid him up front for our materials and then we had to go pay the supplier AGAIN to get our materials in order for a reputable plumber to finish our job.

In the span of one night our hot water heater died and a plumbing line got blocked so sewage water invaded our basement. Reeds Plumbing was a lifesaver. Not only was he responsive immediately and to our house within just a couple hours, but Chris was friendly and did quality, affordable work. We'll gladly have him back out to replace the stack in the spring. While no one wants to have to deal with this crap, it's nice to have a reputable plumber to call 24/7 when shit happens. A+

We had a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and it was after 5:00pm. I checked the web and found Reed's Plumbing with two favorable reviews. The owner, Chris, was at a job digging a trench but was at our home within the hour as promised. He apologized continuously for the uniform as mud is not normally part of it. While he usually carries the part on the truck (a cartridge), he had to go to a store to get one. His price after seeing the problem, was extremely reasonable!!!! We were so grateful for his promptness; knowledge - he is a master plumber; work ethic and professionalism. We received a follow-up call the next day! THANK YOU CHRIS!!

Chris came out on short notice and did a very good job. When he came out he realized the job was more than was described to him, so he made arraignments to come out on a Saturday at no extra charge. He was clean and fast and finished in the time that he said it would take. I would recommend Chris for any plumbing work to anyone.

Chris Reed from C & M plumbing & I have a contract for a sewer lateral job. a job that suppose to take 5 to 7 days at the most & its taking him WEEKS to do it, as soonest I signed the contract, he come & work 2 days then he will not show up to work & obviously he is doing business somewhere else.
He won't return my phone call back after I left messages.
I have paid him so far more than half of the contract & still waiting to come back & finish the job.
Now I am left with open ditch, No caution tape around, torn back yard, back hoe in the yard enough to make neighbors really mad
This contractor signed a contract with me & now he is driving around getting more contracts & left me hanging with an unfinished job,
I will think about it twice before hiring this company BE AWARE
