Jim responded quickly to my call. Had lost a hot water tankless water heater system and needed quick replacement. Jim started quickly and worked non-stop to get us back up and running with a difficult replacement and install. Excellent workmanship and a very fair price. True hard working Craftsman!

Due to the excellent reviews we called and left a message but never heard back. Two months later, we called again and he got back to us quickly (things happen so we disregarded the earlier lack of reply). A few days later (Saturday) he came to assess our water heater which is functioning but we want to upgrade and he told us he would get us a quote by Monday. Not having heard from him at all, I called Thursday and followed up again the following week. No reply. I wish him well but it seems he is unprofessional to not even call someone back on numerous occasions and lacks the integrity to follow through.

I was blessed to find Mr. Reed. I chose Jim, because I was concerned about drinking water and professionalism. I knew I could probably get cheaper but there are somethings you should never second guess.

Not only did Jim provide excellent work, he was also honest about future needs and provided his knowledge and recommendations in order to meet our budget plans later on when replacing our kitchen.

Had an issue with my water heater and the pilot light continuing to go out. Jim responded right away, and helped me get her water back very quickly. There was another hiccup after the first visit, and he came back right away the next day after preemptively ordering another part in case it should've been needed. Very good work and very happy with the results. Definitely my go to guy for any plumbing needs in the future, would def recommend.
