We are extremely happy with Reed Plumbing services! Maria in the office is very professional, pleasant, understanding, and got us into the schedule as soon as she could (no hot water!!!) Pepe and Angel were prompt, professional, worked hard, knew what they were doing, respectful of our home, and did a nice, clean job. Marco came out to check that job was going well. Reed Plumbing solved our hot water problem, in a timely manner, at a fair price. Afterwards, we had a little problem with low water pressure from 2 faucets, but Marco came out as soon as he could to fix the problem. Marco, Pepe and Angel all took the time to explain the problems, and the possible solutions. We appreciate their patience, their professionalism and their attitude to help us fix our plumbing problem. If we ever need a plumber, we will call Reed Plumbing!

Marco recently did some work at our rental house in Livermore. He is extremely honest and very customer oriented. He suggested creative cost effective alternative approaches that saved significant money.
He installed a hose bib on the opposite side of my front yard. He also cut off a piece of pipe that was set in concrete because I wanted my bird feeder closer to the ground. Marco achieved what I wanted for 1/3 the cost quoted by the other bidder. Unlike the other bidder who quoted only on doing the job the way I described it, Marco noticed that there was an unused stub on my sprinkler system manifold in my front yard and pointed out that adding the hose bib there instead of drilling through the house and tapping off of crawl space piping would involve significantly less parts and labor. Instead of rethreading the bird feeder pipe he pointed out that using his crimping tool would save labor and cost less. He also talked me out of moving a hose bib in my back yard pointing out I had another one nearby. The bottom line is that Marco accomplished my needs for 1/3 of the cost of the other bidder.
He is professional, personable, affordable and tries hard to give customers the best value for their money.
