Marco didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need that would have cost an additional $250 in parts alone. I appreciate his honesty, especially after another plumber told me I needed it. Marco and his colleague performed the repair very quickly, and he adjusted his charges down a bit lower. Really going beyond, I think!! Would definitely call Reed Plumbing again! Give them a try; I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Another stellar experience with Marco at Reed Plumbing! I was concerned that our water heater was not functioning properly. Marco came out right away, inspected the unit, and gave me my options. He is always professional and honest, and I trust his recommendations. Due to the heater's age, I decided to replace it. Marco came the next day and took care of everything for me! If you need a plumber this is the first company you should call.

We've used Reed once or twice before and been very pleased. But they won my loyalty this week. We had a problem with a shower in our house and I was concerned that it was a leak or something major. But after a few back and forth messages with David (the owner, I think), he talked me though a couple simple things to try to fix the problem. Turns out one of them worked and it ended up being an easy repair that I was able to do on my own, and now the shower is working great again, and I didn't need to have anyone come out. Not a lot of small business owners are willing to talk themselves out of a service call and fee. I offered to pay, but David declined. Reed will definitely have my business next tie we need a plumber!

What a great team! I had a problem with a shower valve. Maria gathered information before the team came over, and arranged to have the valve replaced under warranty. Even better, they had a replacement on hand, so they didn't have to wait for suppliers to ship the warranty replacement. Pepe and Daniel were all done in an hour, and educated me along the way. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Reed Plumbing. Our two showers had issues. One only had hot and the other only cold! We tried everything ourselves to no avail. We reached out to Reed plumbing and got an immediate response and David had an time slot available right away. He solved the problem quickly. Replaces the shower cartridges and hooray, our showers have both hot and cold water!
The bill was very reasonable and David was professional and friendly.
