Reed Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing the old drainage pipes under my 60-year old house. From my first contact with Marco through having the work crew here to having Maria come by with the permit forms and invoice, I felt I was treated with respect. They were able to schedule the work with consideration for my needs. Everyone was friendly and professional. The work crew took care to minimize the impact on my property. At each step I was kept abreast of what was happening and given an estimate of how long it would take. Once the work was started they were actually able to revise the estimated cost downward. I can recommend this company very highly. They made what could have been a nightmare situation as painless as possible.

I had a paticularly big plumbing problem...the main water pipe broke under my driveway. Water necessitated a complete shutdown. Marco, the owner at Reed understanding our dilemma managed to flip some schedules to get urgent help. After Leak Detection work that is not as precise as one would want, the team at Reed jackhammered and sawed not one but two openings about 3 ft. Square, they dug about 5 ft. down, found the pipe and repaired. This was a big deal and huge repair. All done in very cold post Thanksgiving temperatures and rain. I can't say enough about the support Marco and his team provided. I would absolutely recommend them...

We would like to thank you again as you were able to get your men here for another plumbing emergency and I am so grateful.
There was a leak in the wall behind the kitchen sink. It was showing up as wet floor boards by the sink. Your men set about finding the source of the water a split copper pipe in the wall.
They kept us informed and set about making all the cuts in the wall and also accessed the leak from under the house.
You guys made the process as painless as possible.
I truly appreciate your wonderful team.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday, of course, and was leaking badly inside the house inside a utility closet, so we had to turn the indoor water off. We called 3 local plumbers, and Marco at Reed Plumbing quickly returned our call and advised us on shutting down the leaking system. He scheduled us for service on Monday when they could get the replacement and not charge us the exorbitant weekend rate that seems to be a standard in the industry.

The crew that came out was efficient and knowledgeable, plus kept the wood floor hallway protected as they worked. It was a difficult job as they had to remove a monster 75 gallon unit. They reconnected our recirculating pump and added a shutoff valve at no extra charge. The 50-gallon unit Marco recommended has been working great.

When 89-year-old Mom's hot water heater gave up the ghost (with a spectacular flame-out), Marco and Carlos answered our distress call and were on-site that same afternoon. They diagnosed the issue, verified warranty status, located, retrieved & installed a replacement and hauled sorry, scorched tank off to its next incarnation. Marco went out of his way to check on Mom the next day and make sure her new water heater was doing its job!
