Raoul, came and replaced a 35 year old shower Delta valve, with a new Delta Classic valve. I had removed and capped the water lines prior, with Sharkbite caps (refer photos). Raoul was refreshingly knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He managed to replace this valve without further expansion of the valve hole or cutting of additional tile, not an easy feat. That was very much appreciated.

We worked with Reed to re pipe all the water lines under the house from galvanized steel to PEX. I was very impressed with the communication. The first piece I was happy with was the estimate. It was much more detailed and thorough than the other companies I got quotes from (and a lower price I may add). Marco always responded very quickly, which is really important for me on the client side to get that responsiveness and clarity. Even just for basic question he would respond fast. The crew worked quickly, finishing in 2 days.

The work was well done - full disclosure we did have a few minor issues. However after texting Marcos he had a crew out within 1 hour to fix the issues I pointed out. They really put an emphasis on making sure the customer is happy.

That kind of reaction and customer service is what propels a company from a 3 or 4 star review to 5 stars. It's not necessarily that it was perfect, but the fast response and good communication will over ride any issues. Highly recommended and will use them for future projects.

Reed Plumbing did a wonderful job to help with our plumbing issue + sewer clean out installation.

We had a flooding issue in our shower whenever we used our washer machine. Reed Plumbing members were very fast to respond, they came out in the same day late afternoon (one day faster than original scheduled time).
The team members are very professional and patient in going over with us possible issues, inspecting different areas of the house, and cleaning these partial blocks in sewer lines (also helped us resolve kitchen drain issues along the way).
Due to our house pipe setup + no usable cleanout, so they could not use the normal way with a snake tool, the crew needed to climb up to the roof to drop the camera from the air intake pipe.

They were also very accommodating and gave a quick date to install the clean out. They did a wonderful job with the cleanout installation (also recommendation on location + why only need one and future maintenance) + more detailed clean/inspection after the cleanout installation to ensure no further issue on main sewer line.

The crew members ensured areas were restored and cleaned after their tasks.

Will definitely contact them if we have plumbing related issues.

Marco and crew did a re-pipe of our entire house from galvanized to copper, moved a toilet across the bathroom, installed a master bathroom rain shower fixture, new shower valves, guest bathroom shower & bath fixtures and 2 faucets in only 2 days. All without taking up any subfloor and without opening the guest bathroom wall. They arrived with a small army of plumbers who were all super professional and extremely diligent. They kept in constant contact with me via my cell phone to confirm locations during construction and everything is exactly where I would like it to be. I hired them without seeing these stellar yelp reviews based mostly on the feeling I got from Marco that I could trust him with a big project in my house. Satisfied is under statement. I kind of, sort of, maybe want to become a plumber just to be a part of this terrific outfit running around town like plumbing superheroes. I don't know maybe I will have them come back to re-pipe my house again just for the wonderful experience.

From my first contact with Marco through having the work crew here to having Maria come by with the permit forms and invoice, I felt I was treated with respect. They were able to schedule the work with consideration for my needs. Everyone was friendly and professional. The work crew took care to minimize the impact on my property. At each step I was kept abreast of what was happening and given an estimate of how long it would take. Once the work was started they were actually able to revise the estimated cost downward. I can recommend this company very highly. They made what could have been a nightmare situation as painless as possible.

I had a paticularly big plumbing problem...the main water pipe broke under my driveway. Water necessitated a complete shutdown. Marco, the owner at Reed understanding our dilemma managed to flip some schedules to get urgent help. After Leak Detection work that is not as precise as one would want, the team at Reed jackhammered and sawed not one but two openings about 3 ft. Square, they dug about 5 ft. down, found the pipe and repaired. This was a big deal and huge repair. All done in very cold post Thanksgiving temperatures and rain. I can't say enough about the support Marco and his team provided. I would absolutely recommend them...
