Patrick came out and he was terrible, he spends allot of time at his van and the work looked awful like a 3 year old trying to color inside the lines.

I had an outside faucet burst during the ice storm which flooded a bedroom. David and his team were able to come out diagnose, estimate and repair in the same day. Their work was quick and thorough.
We also were experiencing a draining pipe overflow issue which he took a look at and recommended we rent an industrial snake and clear ourselves as it would save us money and should be easily remedied. We greatly appreciated his honest assessment.
Billing was sent a week later via email and was able to be paid through an automated system. Super simple!

I would not recommend David @Reed Plumbing if Beaverton. He was nice in initial conversation. As price was a concern we talked about how he charged 165$/hr. He called the equipment ""his"" or "" my"". So I assumed it was his equipment. There was no mention that he would have to rent for additional charges. He came within a day or two of our conversation. He was at my house for no more than 45 mins. Seemed nice, but no camera just a snake. He was only able to put the snake in about 23 feet but still no water came from drain on the roadside. He seemed perplexed with the outside drain system but again no use of camera. He left in 45 mins of arriving not able to get it to drain, telling me I needed to dig up the drain pipe.
When I received the bill it was much higher than the $165/hr discussed on the phone. So I questioned him on it. He told me I was also paying for the 80$ Home Depot rental fee and the time it took him to get it and return the equipment. I started to say ""I'm sorry I didn't know I had to pay for the rental... he cut me short and said very loudly and irate ""just pay the DAMN bill, I'm so tired""...I did not hear the rest cause I hung up to cut the abuse short. He then texted me a sarcastic text ""thank you for MOSTLY paying your bill"". Mostly? Very unprofessional and I won't be using him again.

Based on good reviews on Nextdoor, my husband and I contacted Reed Plumbing and Mechanical regarding a leak within the meter box in front of our house. The leak was on our property side of the box, not the city side. We received a quote range of $700-1000 based on how much work would need to be done to remove a tree root within the box. The city removed the tree root, therefore Reed Plumbing and Mechanical did not spend their time addressing the root.

We were surprised and upset to receive a bill for $925, at the high end of the estimate, so I reached out to Reed Plumbing and Mechanical to discuss this. I requested to be billed at the mid range of the estimate. They were unwilling to do this. Therefore, we don't recommend this company.

Unable to fix my dishwasher problem after a quick look -- okay. Technician said Jack would contact me about billing. I got a text asking for my email for an invoice. I replied with my email. Next day I return with my family from breakfast and there's a large pickup in my driveway with a guy on my doorstep demanding payment. Not the kind of invoice I expected. I paid the amount as I said I would in the text. Not sure if they are desperate for cash or just assholes. I would avoid these guys like the plague.
