I requested Jeff come take a look at my downstairs toilet that I felt my 7 year old son threw something down the drain. I augered it myself and it didn't go very well. Jeff came out and augered the toilet some more, which made it slightly better. However, it was still slow to drain. Then my wife told Jeff that our son had thrown a soap cap down the toilet and flushed it. Jeff then took the toilet off and checked the main lines. Jeff noticed the cap was stuck down the main line and was able to clear the obstruction. I was very Happy with Jeff's services. Jeff spent 2 hours resolving the problem and didn't leave until the job was done to our satisfaction. Very pleased.

Great service. I had a dishwasher leak when I had friends staying at my home and I was away. I was able to have someone out same day I called and problem resolved. I contacted Greg on Friday evening about needing my house drains snaked. He came over Saturday 0900 and quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the blockage, presented me with options and went to work. He even went to a nearby hardware store for a second wax toilet ring so I wouldn't have any leaks when he reinstalled the toilet. He was very professional and courteous throughout the time he was working, and the cost for time and services received was a good deal. I'll definitely use him for any further plumbing needs.

Greg's the Man, He did exactly what I didn't want to do! We had a kitchen sink blockage under our house. Over time broke the straps that supported the drain pipe, causing pipe to break in 2 spots. Needless to say the smell was terrible, as well as the crawl space being saturated with spoiled garbage disposal food waste, and standing water. Greg was on it! He went under and assessed what was needed, took pictures to show me, then gathered what was needed to complete the job. This guy is a straight shooter and won't BS you. He takes pride in what he does, and gets it done right the first time efficiently.

I found Greg thru all these reviews and have to echo what they say. I have used other plumbers and am happy with them, but had not seen Redwood before. So, as I was looking for my other ""rooter"" guy, found Greg as well. He came out and cleared a blockage from my kitchen sink. He had to use the roof vent to get most efficiently, which was fine, but more effort for him. He did it cheerfully and quickly and charged me a reasonable amount. A couple days later, my 20-year old bathroom sink faucet started to leak at the handles, and we figured it was better to replace. BUT the existing metal was corroded and very thick so he had to use a grinder and sawz-all and basically demolish the fixtures to get them out of the three holes. It became a huge task that probably took him 3 times longer than he had expected. But he charged me less than actual time, which was very gallant of him. Nice guy-very cheerful (except faced with the monster faucet removal job). I'd use him again in a heart beat, unless he gets too busy from all these reviews!

Greg is awesome! I had an emergency leak, called Greg and within an hour he was onsite and had the leak repaired immediately. I cannot thank Greg enough for his prompt response! I will definitely be calling Greg in the future.
