There obviously are many reasons why Greg's rating is 5 stars. I called him twice about having a septic tank riser installed and both times his response was super fast. Unfortunately his schedule was full and couldn't do the job himself. However, he nicely explained what needed to be done and referred another company to me. In both conversations, I could sense how professional and CARING Greg was. I would not hesitate to call him if there's any plumbing problem. Thanks.

Greg showed up when he said he would. He is creative and thoughtful about what needs to be done. I had him out twice to fix two different faucets. He explained what was wrong and everything he was doing to fix it. He is tidy and methodical. 5 stars. I highly recommend Redwood Sewer and Drain Services.

Had an emergency situation one Saturday evening. I called Redwood sewer and drain, Greg answered and helped guide me though a few basic things to help remedy the situation. He wasn't able to come out that evening, but came the next morning on a Sunday and fixed the problem right away. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend this company!

I have been struggling with a drain in the kitchen with an island sink. I have tried everything myself as well as a few other sewer companies. It would last about 90 days and it was back.
Greg came out, took the time to investigate the problem not just hit the main and leave. He listened to all the things i tried, patient with my logic and finally found the problem. He cleared the drain, it's so nice to see the drain flowing - there is a vortex as the water drains. Thank you so much! Over 150 reviews and 5 stars !!!

Because of their loyal fan base, twice, I've called Greg @ Redwood S&D for help with emergency plumbing services. Both times they were strapped (pun intended) and couldn't come out same day, but that didn't stop Greg from taking time to provide me with what was essentially free consultative support for my issues.

Today he offered me his expertise and industry knowledge, which helped inform choices I made about kitchen sewer line flooding in my crawl space. Despite knowing he wouldn't get my business because of timing, he still carved time out of his packed day to help my family and me, which speaks volumes about his character and commitment to helping people, even non-customers.

In talking to him, I quickly came to appreciate his transparency, competency, competitive pricing, and kind demeanor.

There was a major leak at my mother's home that required the main water valve to be turned off. That meant no water which was a major issue especially since we had people coming over. I called Redwood Sewer and Drain on a Saturday morning and Greg responded quickly. He was able to be flexible in his schedule and came over that morning to fix the problem which was challenging. Greg took the time to explain why the leak occurred and what he needed to fix. He also was upfront about the cost which I appreciated. I highly recommend him!

Beyond impressed with Greg's prompt, friendly and all around great workmanship! We had an odd plumbing task for a backyard renovation project and needed it done quickly.
