Called after 5 on a Friday. Called me right back. Price was reasonable, he came over within the stated time, and the back up caused by a clogged septic line was fixed very quickly. He had the right gear and got right to it. And told me how to avoid future problems using natural products and things that are easy to find. Very friendly and professional. Follow up service for a maintenance issue is on the books now.

Tom was super straightforward and prompt about scheduling, and once he arrived he was fast and thorough. He solved our problem, and did some testing to figure out why it was happening and gave us some suggestions about what to do to fix it in the long term. He carefully cleaned up (with a vacuum!) afterwards so that our tank lid would seal correctly. He was cheerful and resourceful when he encountered setbacks. We'd hire him again anytime!
