I have now used Redwood Plumbing and Drain Cleaning a couple of times. They came out once to replace/ install a new water heater in a very short time. More recently, I needed help with installing new fixtures in a bathroom remodel and not only did they do it quickly and we'll, they spent time looking up better supplies on their own time and helping out.

Drain clog in shower and he answered his phone on a Sunday. Came out Monday and cleared it right up. Friendly fast and honest plumber. This is the second time I used this plumber and if I need a plumber I will call without hesitating

We had a dead water heater and couldn't find an available plumber anywhere. We finally got an estimate from Maples Plumbing, which was very high. Then Josh from Redwood Plumbing called and said he could install a new water heater that day and the total cost of his work was $900 less than Maples. We will definitely hire Josh again.

amazing service! we had them come out to clear a drain and when he showed up he had the drain unclogged within minutes. I called multiple plumbers in our area and they were the only ones that made it out sameday and was very friendly on the phone. He arrived pretty late but my family and I appreciate that since most people when it gets too late won't keep their word and make it out that day. my husband was going out of town for work and I was so worried we would have no use of our toilet or shower but redwood plumbing fixed it in no time! highly recommend and we will be calling them for a lot more in the future.

Yesterday was the second time we used Josh and Redwood plumbing. He is always quick to respond and was able to help us out within a day, which is great because our hot water heater was leaking!

Josh was supposed to be here between 1 and 2. at 3 when he hadn't arrived I called and reached his wife who said he would call him. I called again at 4 and reached her and she said that he said he would be there in half hour to an hour when she had called him an hour ago. I called again at 5 and she told me he was on his way. He finally arrived close to 6. He came in and looked at my water heater. He said it needed to be flushed out and that there was a ""Chinese"" knock off brand installation kit that he would have to replace. While he was here I had to keep going out to their truck to have his assistant come in when Josh needed him, as my unit is in my attic. He started flushing my unit out and said he would be back in about an hour, this was around 6:30. At 8:00 I texted his number and said that I needed to get my household ready for dinner and bed. His wife answered again saying that we would be put on the books for the next day. Mind you, my water had been turned off. At 10:00 Josh texted me and said he was on his way back. I explained that my household was a in bed at this time of night. He said he thought the flushing might overheat and did I know how to unplug it... Uh, no, I didn't. He then said, it should be fine. The following day he said he would be by at 8:30, showed up at 9. We finally had hot water around 11;30-12. That hot water lasted less than 24 hours. When I contacted him about it, I had to call three times before I got a response. He said that he would be by that day to come and see what he could do. He never called or texted and never showed up. I texted at almost 10 at night and said that I guessed he wasn't coming by and received no response. The following morning, I texted him not to bother, that I would find someone else. All this and I was out $800. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, seemed racist with his Comment about the unit being ""Chinese"" Saw another post about his racism too. Don't hire.

Didn't fix the problem, tub is still leaking an when I tried to get him to come back didn't do anything but make it worse. Now he won't call me back an won't help. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We had Josh out to inspect a leak in the bathtub for a home we were buying. He was quick to respond at first and came out the next day. He quoted us $800 and requested we cut multiple holes in the drywall to fix the leak. We had a different plumber come out and he determined the leak was because there was no overflow gasket installed in the tub. The overflow gasket was $3 and the tub has not leaked since. When I received the invoice from Redwood Plumbing, I explained the situation to Josh and offered to pay for half of the invoice for his time but that I was concerned of the price discrepancy considering the easy fix that solved our problem. His reply was passive aggressive and threatening. It seems alarming that there was such a simple solution to our leak that was not identified by Josh. Not sure if this was on purpose so he could charge us almost a grand for work we didn't need.

On Sunday 2/6, late afternoon, my garage flooded because of a washing machine drain back-up. .. Josh came out in the early evening and dealt with the clogged drain, 2 inches of water on the garage floor, wet rugs, etc. . He even went under the house to determine how the newer plumbing was connected into the older plumbing for what needs to be done in the near future . . I value his expertise as a plumber and highly recommend him .
