HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONAL!
A very pleasant surprise in a service industry that has the potential not to be honest. Two men came the same day I called and determined the problem quickly and resolved the situation thoroughly. They could have performed all sorts of activities to run up a bill and taken advantage like others have done. I would have not been the wiser. The issue was simple. The bill reflected it's simple solution with a service call fee. They even cleaned up some of the iron shaving that came from the under the concrete pipe that caused the backup to occur.
I could NOT be happier to give this company the highest rating and give them the highest accolades possible.

I would NOT hesitate to call Red's Sewer Service and would encourage you to do the same. NO ONE likes to overpay and be taken advantage of by a service company!!!

Incredible company! They returned our call 5 minutes after we left a message late on Saturday night. Came out first thing in the morning to help us out. So nice, helpful, quick & really amazing to work with. When you have sewer problems it's a bit of a stressful situation, but Red's Sewer Service was absolutely incredible to work with!

They came earlier than they said they would! This was great since I had a totally backed up sewer! They checked the outside cleanout, but the blockage was inside. They went through the clean out in the basement. They made very little mess, and cleaned up what mess they did make! They were finished in an hour and a half, and the cost was only a bit more than they quoted me- a charge for the new cap for the clean out pipe.
I highly recommend this company! They are family owned and great their customers with respect!

I wanted my sanitary sewer video scoped to be assured that what I was told by the city, that my line had roots, wasn't true. I not only found out I didn't have roots, I found out I had PVC lines instead of the clay the city told me.

The crew also found my clean out of the sanitary sewer in my yard which I had no idea was there.

Red's Sewer Service, Inc. was highly recommended and I too would like to join the persons that recommend them.

I have to say the new Owner Brad is excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He was very quick to reply and come out on a Saturday evening leaving his family behind.
