I operated a service plumbing and drain cleaning company in Gilbert between 1985 and 1993. After leaving that company, I founded my own business, Red's Rooter Plumbing Repair and Drain Cleaning, in late 1993, offering 24-hour emergency service.

In 2021, I faced a rare neurological condition known as CIDP. With the right treatment, perseverance, and faith, I have regained the ability to restart my business and provide the service I cherish.

In 1985, a relative left the company we both worked at, where he was the superintendent, to create a small plumbing and drain cleaning service. He convinced me to take a chance and help him succeed. When I departed to launch Red's Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning in 1993, we had scaled from a single truck to around 20.
