Sometimes we need to give credit where credit is due to exceptionally great customer service, and a great repair service and to work with people that truly care about doing a good job for their customer.
I had the pleasure of having Red's Plumbing Red and his wife come to the house yesterday and repair what I thought was a small leak under my sink as well as having no water pressure coming out of my hose at both Spicket's at my home.
Red tackled the leak under my sink first and found that one my garbage disposal only had two out of the three screws that secure it And also found that my sink was not secured to the counter top which meant that the sink theoretically of both sides were full could fall through so now keep in mind this home is only four years old my wife and I just purchased the home two months ago and an inspector inspected the house and did not find these situations that Red fixed. Then Red took on the issue of the hose Spicket's and within minutes realize that I needed a whole new mechanism to get water flowing through the Spicket's.
Red took the time to run and get the two pieces to fix the Spicket's came back and within minutes installed them.
It's folks like Red and his wife are the reason why we moved to Texas from California you just don't find good people like this anywhere. I personally want to thank these great folks for a job well done and I will be using them again when in need of a plumber. If you're reading this review to find out if they're worth hiring stop looking these are the ones you want to hire to do a perfectly good or should I say great job

Bad customer service, called the company for a plumbing issue and while talking to the gentleman he became argumentative and hung up on me before I could finish explaining what it was I was needing.

This guy...he saved the day. We were having our foundation repaired, and when leveling our home, a copper pipe out front busted. On the recommendation of a GC friend, I called Red and he answered right away. He was on the road - on his way home, but he pulled over, took my info, and was here within the hour. He hopped in the hole waist deep and began digging and shop-vac'ing his way to the pipe. Working in unison with his colleague by turning the water off and on, he was able to locate the problem and immediately began repairs. The foundation workers were then able to continue leveling, Red finished, and even checked the rest of the plumbing to be sure there had been no other casualties during the shifting. I cannot thank these guys enough...this could have turned into an epic loss...this man was on his way home from work and took time away from HIS family to help MINE. I highly recommend Red and his crew, and I am so grateful to have a plumber I can trust. Thanks guys!
