Updating review, as I was able to reach Brad and he came out promptly and fixed the issued. I've since had him do additional plumbing work at my house, and he's been consistently on time, extremely polite and professional, and everything since the initial issue has been spot-on. Was super quick to respond to texts for my latest job, and was able to get it scheduled quickly. I consider the dishwasher issue a small hiccup in an otherwise excellent company, and don't even get quotes or call other plumbers anymore - Red's Plumbing & Brad are my go-to now.
