Awesome responsiveness and sense of urgency. The fact that he basically didn't sleep much over several days to help as many families who lost water supply due to frozen pipes is rare today and greatly appreciated. Even after he had been injured on a previous job, he didn't cancel, he showed up and did a great job at exactly the cost he quoted. Wish we had more like him in other fields!

The plumber said he would replace my broken water heater for $2500. A brand new heater cost $500, so they are charging $2000 for two hours labor. Insane..

i had my kitchen remodeled and sink replaced. The sink fell down after less than 24 months, breaking pipes, the garbage disposal and spilling water everywhere. I looked in line for a Plummer and decided on Reds. I called and he was so busy but squeezed me in. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional. I will use him forever and highly recommend him.

Air Conditioning had stopped working. Desk personnel responsive. Repairman arrived within time frame. He tested failing HVAC exterior pack for a time. He informed me that the innards were frozen and corrected the components affected. He got it operational, working, professionally and efficiently. He waited until we were satisfied: it didn't take long; air from the vents flowed out cold within five minutes. The cost was predictable and acceptable. I would recommend him and the company with no hesitation. (Unfortunately, I can't remember the repairman's name - you'll have to ask them ;-)

We saw a water spot on our ceiling and feared the drain in our tub was leaking. He identified that it was the flange around the water control. We feared we were going to have to cut the ceiling open. He was able to identify it quickly and he charge minimally to fix it.
