Oscar saved our day! We had a whole system clog and he fixed it within a half hour. Super expensive weekend call, but we didn't have a choice. Very professional, quick, helpful, and understanding. Just quite pricy when you have to call them on a Saturday!

Fantastic!

My house in Paso Robles is old, and I've used many plumbers in the area because of sewage lines clogged with roots and breaks in the line. No company in the area comes close to this one -- incredibly professional, attention to detail, polite team of workers, and responsiveness.

Red's put in a new sewage line, which required hand digging down ten feet to the neighbor's yard and removing and replacing a concrete walkway and part of my kitchen floor. Not a small job. Complicating this was making sure that my dog did not get out of the fence -- he weighs 90 pounds and can run like a demon.

Chris, who did most of the digging among other tasks, was amazing, and worked incredibly hard. (Our dog loved him.) Johnny always called back, answered my questions promptly, and didn't treat me like a ""stupid woman."" They dug up and refilled a massive amount of clay dirt and didn't leave a mess. The rebar they placed in the concrete is probably the best in the house.

And it didn't go over the estimate! Who could ask for more? I'm extremely happy with their work and wouldn't think of using any other company in town.

Our old water heater went out. Johnny came by to check out the options and recommended a tankless water heater. I didn't much about the benefits and he did a great job educating me. Installation was quick, crew was super friendly, and hot water is flowing! Thanks a ton!

Our water main broke.... No water when I woke up..... called Reds plumbing early in the morning... they called back within an hour and we're at my house within another hour!!!! Oscar and his co worker did excellent work and were very respectful!! Thank you so much!!!!

Red's did a quick response for my emergency plumbing problem and they were very helpful & knowledgeable. Johnny got to the problem, fixed the water leak, and I was back in business once again. I would recommend Red's to my family & friends.

Red's came and fixed our garbage disposal. They responded quickly, were on time, and then cost substantially less than our other bids. The guy apparently didn't even mind my husband hanging over his shoulder asking questions :). We will definitely hire him again!

On a side note, I'm not sure why Yelp is only showing the bad reviews....if you scroll to the bottom, you'll see some great reviews! I can't imagine where the bad reviews are coming from as I heard about Red's from a friend who also loved them.

Red's definitely lived up to his business name. After getting no-showed three times by another company, Red showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue, no fuss no muss. Now my sink works great. I would definitely contact him again if I needed a plumber and I'd recommend him to anyone who needed reliable, knowledgeable and experienced work done.

Another great job from Red's On Time plumbing! Turned a boring closet into a washer/dryer closet. The communication was excellent and job finished in a timely manner. They were even careful to keep my cat locked up while they worked. Highly recommend.
