ReDone Remodeling is the best kept secret when it comes to artificial turf installation. From the estimate process with Joseph (single contact), professional installation and finishing touches all the way down to the payment process, ReDone has this DOWN! I asked for a quote from this company and Joseph came out to meet me. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. He gave me all the information I needed and the price was within my budget. They came out and did the work in one day! Joseph was there throughout the whole process to make sure everything went according to plan. I had a few questions after the installation and Joseph made sure they were answered and made sure I was happy with my job! I would highly recommend this company (ask for Joseph)! :)

To be fair: we haven't started the project yet BUT my review is about the communication and thoroughness of Ron and the estimate project.

Ron was incredibly prompt with showing up to our meeting and never tried to pressure us. While we had a vision in mind of what we wanted, he helped talk some sense into us and understand the reality of what we were looking for, and he helped us design some thing that we think will actually make us more satisfied in the long run.

He was not rushed in our meeting, and he was incredibly personable. He thought through every aspect of what we were looking for, and talk through every detail before preparing a quote, so there were no surprises for us.

He did not try to sell himself like other vendors do, which is a big turn off for us. He let his knowledge speak to his abilities instead. He has a finance company that he preferred to work with, but when we talk to him about a finance option that we had outside of them, he suggested we go with that- again not trying to sell a service that we did not need, which was appreciated.

Aside from his professionalism, he was very polite and easy to talk to. We are looking forward to beginning our project with him soon and can't wait to see the end result!

Redone Remodeling did an excellent job with my outdoor remodeling project! They installed pavers to extend my driveway and created a putting green turf mix in my backyard that was suffering from the sun, and the results were fantastic. I worked with Dee and she was seriously the best, she even brought me coffee in the morning when we started the project lol. The team was professional and very efficient, I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
