We are proud to be the first and only Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer in Clinton County. Founded by Brian and Tera Redmond, RCC has grown from the ground up. They merged their expertise and experiences to create a vision for an honest service provider in our community. Our goal was to understand what customers expect from an HVAC provider. We found that customers require education to make knowledgeable decisions prior to buying. This understanding includes everything from what system fits their home to the critical nature of proper installation and upkeep. Through our investigations, we realized that our community required a well-rounded team. We have built a strong team of skilled professionals dedicated to assisting our customers.
In 2006, Brian Redmond completed the CPI HVAC program. Following graduation, Brian advanced through multiple positions in the HVAC industry, such as residential and light commercial technician, commercial technician with Trane, and chiller technician at PSU's Large Industrial Maintenance Department. Now, he is the owner/operator of Redmond's Complete Comfort and has hired five CPI graduates from the HVAC program. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct instructor at CPI in the Emerging Energy and Infrastructure program. Tera Redmond, a South Hills School of Business and Technology graduate, has partnered with Brian in the expansion of RCC. She manages customer service, marketing, finances, and quality improvement.

Marci D.I just want to say thank you to Redmond's for helping us out. Apparently, when our house was built in 2009, the builder chose the HVAC installer. I'm not even sure who that was, but in 2020, our furnace died, and we decided to go with Redmond's to replace everything (furnace and heat pump). Everything was great until we got to this horribly hot weather. The brand new heat pump would actually get ice on the outside of it and the A/C quit working. Redmond's was there for us right away, thankfully. After hours of trying to figure out what was wrong, they found out that our initial installation was not done correctly (ductwork, etc. - heat and air were coming out of cold air return vents for YEARS). Long story short, when they replaced our old, outdated, too small heat pump, the larger, more powerful heat pump showed us that our duct work, etc., was poorly and incorrectly installed. ????? Wow! We've been living like that for 12 years wondering why nothing worked effectively in summer and winter. Thank you, Redmond's!! MUCH appreciated!

Redmond's was recommended to us by a friend. Our Central Air Unit quit working in this HOT weather. They were able to come to our residents the same day. Only to find out that it was the fan and it would need to be replaced. They called for the part and found it was covered under warranty and would not be in for a couple days. Thank goodness we had access to a window air conditioner. The Tech that came was very nice and friendly and wasn't sure what was wrong with the unit since it was an older one and called in help to find out the problem. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful when I called. They came today to replace the fan and clean the unit. They called before they arrived and was very prompt. They were very helpful and we would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians know what they are doing and provided a personal touch to make sure I was satisfied with the job. You always see them helping at local charity runs and their names are on tons of T-shirt's as sponsors for events. A top notch company that I would highly recommend.
Kenneth A.Very poor. Had them come out to check my new ductless system, told me I needed a new compressor. called the dair conditioner company, fixed in 10 minutes. I asked Redmonds twice to call me about their bill. Nobody called, but just got a call to pay my bill. Very dissatisfied.
Forrest M.I have had many HVAC companies service my equipment over the years. I have dealt with incorrect wiring, cracked AC condensate pan, and other problems. I have not felt comfortable with any company since I had my ac unit installed 17yrs. ago. Two years ago I was told my furnace was shot. Without asking I was handed an estimate for a whole new state of the art system that would take care of all of my needs. I didn't bite. Two years later I have Redmonds come in for AC servicing. The technician found many problems . He straightened everything out for about half what I expected to pay. This included normal servicing and fixing other company's screw ups. More importantly, he looked at my Thermal Pride furnace and explained that he doubts it was shot. We scheduled an appointment for the end of summer inspection. This took place today. He fixed what needed fixed, cleaned what needed cleaned and replaced... well you know. He explained every detail and task he was going to do. He explained replacement parts and what I could expect when cold weather set in. He was here a long time and he made every piece function properly again. The price was very reasonable, and I dont have to fork out money now for a new system. I received itemized, detailed bill and I was offered a brochure on their yearly plan to keep everything running smoothly. There was not a pressured sales pitch. I plan to sign up. This will take care of my ""forgetfulness."" In conclusion, I must say Redmonds HCC has another regular client. Thanks again, Justin.
