Sean S.Quick service and very professional! Mike(RED) is top-notch and trustworthy. He and his crew were out on a Sunday b/c of my hot water heater leaking, arrived when promised and were completed with the whole job in an hour! These guys know what they're doing. They even had the old water heater picked up in the time they completed the job(as opposed to the last company who left it in my garage at my previous house). I appreciate their hard work and would recommend them to anyone!
Alissa M.absolutely HORRIBLE! i paid my deposit and he was SUPPOSED to come unclog my sink yesterday. I was given a window between 1-3pm. when it was 3:45 I called and he told me I was his next stop and would be here in the next 2h. 6pm came so I called again and now is no longer answering my calls. i called 3 times between 6-8pm no answer. I called my warranty Co to report the no show and their calls went unanswered as well. it's one thing to not show up but to lie about being the next stop and then just completely ghost is another. wasted my entire Saturday waiting for a no show repair when I had plans and appointments I had to cancel. I thought I'd atleast hear back something today but nope absolutely no contact at all.
