Recently I developed a leak in my home water main between the sidewalk and the house. I contacted a plumbing company to have it repaired. After waiting for over two weeks I was told about ""Redline Plumbing"" by a friend. I contacted Kurt with Redline and he was out first thing the next morning to determine what the problem was. The following day Ray and his crew came to my house and replaced my entire main waterline from the sidewalk. Ray and the crew were there for 7 hours during which time they had to relocate all my landscaping, trench my front yard, replace the water pipe, rebury the line and replace all my landscaping. They worked none stop until they finished 7 hours later. They cleaned up and you couldn't ever tell they were there. I'm really impressed with the work they did and couldn't be more happy to recommend their plumbing services for any plumbing issues you may have. Large or small.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They will not take responsibility for any problems they cause. When they did the reroute for the house, they had to pull out my new 2-drawer dishwasher. The bottom drawer is not used that often because there is only one person in the house. I had to use the bottom drawer today and it is leaking. They did not put it back in properly. I called and talked to Kurt. I explained the situation and according to Kurt, because I didn't use the dishwasher in 2 months, he considers it not his problem. This is the second time they have not taken responsibility for their mistakes. The first was they stepped on the A/C duct and wouldn't admit it or repair it. Never use this company again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I actually sent a text to RedLine Company requesting that my hot water heater be drained and a new Anode Rod be installed. The owner promptly responded to my request and said he could send someone to my home later that day and he quoted me the price. Shortly after, the owner texted me with a window for the arrival of the plumber, which I greatly appreciated.
And, later, received a phone call from the plumber saying he would arrive in approximately 20 minutes.
Jesus went right to work and performed the tasks promptly and efficiently.
Very pleased with the service provided by this company and will use them, again, if I have the need for a plumber.

Ray from Redline plumbing arrived to the home that I'm renting. Should I continue to refer to it as ""the home"" or ""my home?"" I'm not so sure anymore as I had a terrible encounter with Ray.

I kindly asked him to remove his shoes. He rudely stated, ""No? I have to leave them on because of company policy.""  I completely understood as I also didn't want him to get hurt.  I offered him shoe coverings to avoid getting the inside of this townhome dirty with his shoes.  I've always had people wear shoe booties when they entered my home.  Not once was I rude about it and I remained professional and friendly during our entire encounter.

He appeared very irate.  He stated he had shoe booties in the truck and I said okay that's fine.  Ray stated as he was walking away, ""My shoes aren't even dirty, and if I get hurt, YOU will be liable. You're JUST a renter here. You don't even have home insurance.""  He said that in a very condescending tone & with lots of emphasis. That was the most discriminatory & inappropriate response I've ever heard. I told him, ""Well, I don't want the inside of my home to get dirty. Yes I'm just a renter and I actually do have home insurance but it shouldn't matter if I'm just renting.""

As he was putting on his booties, he was ranting on again about how he can get hurt and I will be liable.  He was beginning to intimidate me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.  I told him he does not have to be rude about it.  Ray seemed very apathetic, he was creating more tension as he seemed even more irate.  He walked inside the home in the living room and I immediately felt his intense tension.  I felt very threatened by Ray.  I asked him to please leave because he was making me feel uncomfortable.  He stated, ""Fine. I will call ----- (my property manager)."" I said that's fine.

I reached out to my property manager and also Redline Plumbing regarding this matter momentarily after. Kurt, manager from Redline Plumbing seemed professional over the phone, he asked if I will be home today and offered to send someone else out today or if they want to come another day.  Kurt stated he knew Ray for 20 years and it does not seem like him.  I told him well that's what just happened and it shouldn't matter if I'm a renter or owner to Ray.

Based on Ray's statements about me being, ""Just a renter,"" it was pretty obvious he was discriminating against me and treating me unfairly just because I was renting. I've never encountered anything like this before. I'm a responsible person that pay my dues on time, I'm very respectful of my and other peoples properties. I reached out to my property manager for assistance as this home was smelling like fecal matter, source was from the master bathroom drain and also the lack of hot water.  It is not habitable and it is very unhealthy.  I reach out to him immediately when things go wrong so it doesn't turn into a disaster, which could be more costly in the long run.

I've had great and friendly interactions with everyone so and also the handyman that came by a while back to fix other issues.  It was just this one incident with Ray from Redline Plumbing that made it a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience for me.  I thought for a few seconds if I should just let him stay to work on the plumbing issues, but I just couldn't bear to have him in here any longer.

Plumbers generally make good money but who would want to work with people like him? He's getting paid regardless so what's with his big cry and rant when I ask him to simply cover his shoes? He was just full of complaints.

I know I'm not paying for this as my property manager/owner of property is taking care of the costs, but the fact of the matter is that I'm getting issues addressed and in no way I'm intentionally causing things to go wrong. I, too, have a life as I value my time and have other things to do other than have random people come here.

I don't know if Ray was just having a bad day, dismissive towards women, or just had bad experiences with other renters and categorized me as one of them. Nevertheless, this shouldn't have happened.

Extremely unacceptable behavior, unprofessional, negative demeanor with such a horrible attitude. I would not be surprised if he treated most customers (renters) this way. Super non-compliant. Imagine if I asked him to wear a mask in my home. He would throw a fit like a big baby.

You can train an enthusiastic & respectful/ professional person with limited skills, but can't train a skilled person with a shitty attitude like Rays. Common courtesy & common sense to be professional at all times especially when you're working. Obvious Ray lacks those good qualities.

He needs some kind of remediation, discipline, quit, or fire him if he hates his life so much. He sucks. I mean, just look at him. I don't feel sorry for people like him. Get rid of him entirely. He shouldn't exist in this world. Discrimination against renters is unacceptable and will not be tolerated
