Work was done fine, but they overcharged me. They did not give me a senior discount. Refund check took more than month. The check was returned twice by bank and not paid. I was promised cash and never received.

I was reluctant to call this plumber given that they only had three and a half stars. I should not have called them. They promised to be here on Saturday between 1 and 3 pm and despite their assurances that they would be here, they finally advised us late in the afternoon that they could not make it. They then promised to be here Sunday between 8 and 10 am but again despite assurances that they would be here, they did not show up by 11 am and thus, we had to call someone else. I will never call them again.

Got a call right away and Christian came to evaluate within 20 min. Was super personable, his evaluation was right, and pricing was super reasonable. Changed the fridge ice box and pressure regulator and let me use an initial discount on his business card too. He came back same day to do the work when I confirmed their service, changed even more piping than was assessed because it was better for the needs of the house without extra charge. Family owned and no crazy overhead like other overpriced plumbing companies. Highly recommend

These people are good at what they do. They bent over backwards to make sure our issue was resolved and did not stop until the job was complete. I definitely would recommend this outfit.

BEWARE they are thieves, they told us the job would be 6499 and then needed a ten percent down-payment but instead did the card for the whole 6499. Then, he used the card again and charged 6791 and said the 6499 would drop off of the card. It never did. Christian promised to bring a check, never happened promised to send invoice to credit card company never happened I kept asking for our money for over a month, then I did a dispute with the credit card company and asked him for an invoice never happened now they want us to pay the 6499 plus the 6791. But that's not all1 he came back the next week and told us we had a water leak in the front yard, which was a lie. Don't believe anything they tell you. There are so many lies. I wish I could give them a zero, I'm not even sure they did the first job they said since they lied about everything else.

I have to revise my rating/feedback based on recent events that occurred. For context, our issue was a pipe leak coming from the upstairs bathroom sink that came down to the first floor through the ceiling. It's worth noting that we inspected underneath the bathroom sink and confirmed there is no leakage there so the leak must have been from the drainpipe between the first/second floor. When the tech (Christian) came for the initial inspection, he told us that the issue is our drainpipe underneath the sink and if we replace that then the problem will be solved. We asked him if he was sure because if it was our drainpipe underneath the sink then why is there no leak there, and we told him that we believe it's from the drainpipe between the floors. He was adamant about his diagnosis and assured us that if he was wrong, and had to cut through the ceiling drywall, then he would not charge us for it. We took his word for it and proceeded with his recommended repair. After the repair was completed, we tested the sink and of course it was still leaking between the floors. The tech went on to cut the ceiling drywall which revealed a clear damaged pipe. He then offered to cover the cost to have another contractor patch the drywall, because they do not provide such services, which was fine. About a week later (05/23/24) the drywall contractor came and patched up the ceiling and left without painting the walls. I messaged Redline Plumbing about the paint, and they said apparently that drywall contractor does not paint, and they will look for another contractor. There has been a lot of back-and-forth messages about them finding us a painter, but as of this writing (07/03/24) our walls are still unpainted, and the tech (Christian) did not provide any updates. A repair like this should not take almost two months to be made whole. I understand Redline does not offer drywall patching/painting, but they offered those services to me free of charge due to identifying the wrong source of the leak, so I expect them to be good on their words. I chose this company for my repair (even though there were about five other companies that reached out to me through Yelp) because I wanted to support a small family-owned business with minimal Yelp presence. I would not recommend this company now and for future repairs I will definitely choose a more established/popular/larger company.

Their hours showed closed today but they were still willing to come out and assist. I was able to fix the issue myself, but they provided assistance via text and phone to walk me through identifying parts, which helped tremendously. Hopefully there's never another plumbing issue, but if there is I will definitely be calling them.

I had a hose bib leak that I had replaced about a year ago and I did not want to deal with repairing it or replacing it myself. I went to Yelp for help and Redline Plumbing was the first to respond right away with a quote! The price was great and requested service . They came out on a Sunday and replaced the hose bib quickly and effortlessly. Service was on point and at a great price. I would definitely use them again. I must also add this request was made at around 9pm on a Saturday .

Even one star would indicaite some satisfaction but there was none to be had, however, this app does not let me progress with the review unless I add atleast one star...but trust me when I tell you they deserve zero stars . A totally Bad experience and complete waste of my time. I Invested 120.00 dollars in plaster traps and they didn't even show up and couldn't provide proof of certification and liability insurance when asked ....You know, That minor detail needed to make sure that you don't get sued in case they get hurt on your premisis and to prove positive you're certified to do the work you claim to know? What a joke!
Plus, I lose a days pay. Thanks for nothing Redline.

Quality customer service. I feel heard and I don't sense being used as an opportunity to upsell. There was transparency in the conversation and I can appreciate their support in resolving my issue.
