My apologies to the Folks at Redlands Plumbing and Heating for my failure to post my review prior to this.
My experience with all involved was excellent. Chris Patterson who I had met on a previous occasion was very thorough in his explanation of the process involved on installation as well as the types of equipment that were available and pricing.
After his proposals, I obtained two additional estimates. Pricing and installation varied. I choose the company that I felt best suited my situation.
Prior to the project, I was advised of the scheduling and time frame to accomplish it.
Brian, the Supervisor, and his crew, Nate and Chris conducted themselves in a very Professional manner. I was advised of starting times and at the end of the day all job clean up was satisfactory.
Due to the age and building style of my home, the crew was thrown a couple of ""curve balls"", but they approached it in a very methodical manner. After all, no two jobs are the same.
Thanks again to all you guys for a job well done.
They all come highly recommended.

The guy came out worked for 2 hrs. Charged for three. A week later the same problem. The worst service ever. We have been regular customers.1024 dollars for nothing. Find someone else. This company has no integrity. If you do call them a see a long haired hippy get out of the van ..dont answer the door and save your money.

The finished job was not what was discussed in my initial home visit last week. My shower was leaking in the guest bathroom. Company came out last week and determined it required them to go into the wall from the outside of my home. My cousin specifically asked if they would put the wood back together after completing the job. He specifically asked if it would look nice. He knew that would be an issue for me. He was assured that it would look nice and the wood would be re-installed. We received a quote and agreed to the job. It was scheduled 10 days out. They showed up today for the job and cut the wall. After cutting the wall, look at what I was left with on the front of my home. Again, this is my front entrance to my home. I will not used them again. I would have made a different decision if I knew they were going to leave my front entrance like this after I gave them over a $1,000.00 to repair the faucet valves. Really you could not even bring a clean new piece of plywood.

Thank you Josh and Redlands plumbing for your excellent service and work. Josh installed brand new toilet and refurbished another in 90 minutes and all with in 24 hours. What a pleasure to work with Josh and staff on what could have been a mess. I would recommend them to all and glad to be able to have used a local business. I recently had my AC/Heating unit replaced in my home. The outside unit and all the duct work had to be replaced. It took several days to complete. I was so impressed by Eddie, Alex and Nate who did the installation. They did a great job.

Arrived on time and provided a good service. No complaints really, as they had to fix a botched repair job from Citrus Valley Plumbing. Should have gone with them in the first place. It pays to go with experience.

I had Chris Patterson and his crew come out to Pasadena since my home had a few quirks that required some serious brains and I had bad experiences with 2 previous local vendors.

Chris and his team basically re-designed the register (air intake) and ducting system for my entire house.

Whereas before my register was too small, leading my blower to push ""weak"" air through my vents and causing my motor to strain, the new register allows my motor to really BREATHE and all vents now blow powerful air.

And now all my vents blow evenly, and the 2 farthest bedrooms are now actually WARM in the winter.

It is nice to have a comfortable house finally after 7 years, 2 other bozos working on it, and best of all, NO MORE NAGGING from the wife!!!

For those of you complaining or concerned about the price, remember:
