With a history that traces back to the 1800s, Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning boasts a rich legacy. Terry Vernon Davenport launched a small plumbing and tinning venture in Redlands, CA, marking the beginning of our story. Soon after, Terry brought his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, on board and became his mentor.
In the same year, Henry Fisher founded a plumbing and heating enterprise known as the Redlands Plumbing Company. Eventually, he sold the business to Harry Higdon in 1938.
Fast forward to today, the name evolved to Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Tyler Miner began his journey with the company part-time in 1991 while still in high school.
After completing his education and mastering the plumbing and HVAC trades, Tyler acquired the business in 2008. Tyler remains the owner and president of Redlands & Henry Bush, thanks to his unwavering commitment.

Susan R.Arrived on time and provided a good service. No complaints really, as they had to fix a botched repair job from Citrus Valley Plumbing. Should have gone with them in the first place. It pays to go with experience.
Luke R.I had Chris Patterson and his crew come out to Pasadena since my home had a few quirks that required some serious brains and I had bad experiences with 2 previous local vendors.
Chris and his team basically re-designed the register (air intake) and ducting system for my entire house.
Whereas before my register was too small, leading my blower to push ""weak"" air through my vents and causing my motor to strain, the new register allows my motor to really BREATHE and all vents now blow powerful air.
And now all my vents blow evenly, and the 2 farthest bedrooms are now actually WARM in the winter.
It is nice to have a comfortable house finally after 7 years, 2 other bozos working on it, and best of all, NO MORE NAGGING from the wife!!!
For those of you complaining or concerned about the price, remember:
-Good
-Fast
-Cheap
You can only pick 2 of the 3 anytime you're dealing with home improvement.
JJ Y.I had my yearly heating service today by Roy. Appointment was on time and professional service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or cooling service.
C M.Came through in less than an hour. They used high tech cameras to help fix my drain. Tech was friendly and courteous, wish I would have called the previous time I had a problem
Brenda M.The most professional, courteous workers I have ever come across. There estimate s higher, but we felt well worth it. They went out of their way to accommodate our request for a special thermostat for my disabled husband. My carpet was a little cleaner when they left, then when they began. Nate, Matt and Bryan, the technicians put everything back just the way it was supposed to be. I highly recommend this company!! They have been around 115 years. Check out their video reviews on you tube.
Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning recently installed a new air-conditioning/heating unit at my home and completely replaced the ducting in the attic.
The service managers/technicians including Wes, Brian, Charlie, and Alex were all very professional, honest and completed the work in the time frame they promised. They were respectful of my home by keeping materials orderly, and cleaning up at the end of the day. They also worked around my dogs. I was so pleased that they even fit me into their schedule so I could get some relief from the unbearable summer heat!
Initially their pricing may seem high, but after the rebates the pricing is competitive. Most of all, you can't beat the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Henry Bush Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to future customers.
Eric M.My elderly mother used these folks for a repair on the house A/C unit. They charged her $829.00 for a 1/4 HP condenser fan motor. These go all day long on the inter net between $50.00 up to $200.00. The fan motor went out five days later and we had another tech come out from a different agency to fix it since Bush's schedule was full and we would be five days out on a waiting list. The tech was made aware of the initial repair and became angry at the inflated price of the fan motor and said these are cheap motors and this is not right . After talking to the manager at Bush he told me it was an industry standard price. I asked for the website to confirm and he double talked his way out and could not provide any more info.Folks ........ please be aware of this kind of sham when it comes to pricing and do your home work and look up the items they show will need repair..We used a different agency and they did a wonderful job and was up front and very detailed about documentation. Bush showed no documentation on hours worked and I was told that it is common practice to not show these detailed items since work time can vary.My mother got rear ended for a cheap motor....... Beware of the fast talk and ask questions in detail about any work order to be done .We got ripped off and will no longer use Henry Bush's services.( I will pass this experience along to my co-workers and spread the word to limit this type of robbery.)I have changed these fan motors myself on my unit at home and was completed in under 30 minutes. Bushes total time worked at my moms was one hour including a recharge of R-22. The bill was just over $1000.00 !!!!!!. BEWARE FOLKS !!!!!!!!
How is their workmanship or knowledge, I will never know. It's a no-go for me from the first and only encounter. The company only publishes a toll-free number, the volume of calls has surpassed the bandwidth for what they subscribe. I had to call 3 times before finally got to hear the ringing tone. A receptionist asked for the nature of my call then immediately placed me on hold for 10 minutes. No apologies, no thank you for waiting, just started re-ask the question when she finally came back on the line. I asked for an afternoon appointment (for work estimate) any day after 2:30 pm. She proceeded to tell me - I can put a note in the system but we schedule appointments either between 8 am to 12 noon, or between 12 noon to 5 pm. This doesn't mean we will be there at 8 am (for am appointment) or at 12 noon for pm appointment). It all depends on the progress of the previous job. What this means is that if the technician scheduled to your site is free at 12 noon and he goes to your house and you don't answer the door bell. It will be treated as a no-show appointment and you GONNA HAVE TO call the office and schedule another appointment.
I told her that would not be necessary and thank you for wasting my time.
Randy was very nice. He did a wonderful job fixing the bad pipes under house. As he was getting all his tools prepared for job I had many questions. He was very nice and answered them all. Randy was great.
I only wish I would of had a break down of all charges and would of been cheaper than $865. They are kind of pricy but a great company.
Just wanted to thank Josh Rosbrugh for doing such a good job on my air conditioner. Thank you for your help and consideration. Very professional, polite, and caring. Will call Josh when it is time to have heater checked for the winter. Have been with this company for 25 years and they know what they are doing.
