Our roots extend to the 1800s, giving Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning a proud heritage. The journey started with Terry Vernon Davenport, who founded a modest plumbing and tinning business in Redlands, California. Terry soon employed his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, mentoring him in the plumbing business.
In the same year, Henry Fisher founded a plumbing and heating enterprise known as the Redlands Plumbing Company. Eventually, he sold the business to Harry Higdon in 1938.
Fast forward to today, the name evolved to Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Tyler Miner began his journey with the company part-time in 1991 while still in high school.
Following his education and training in plumbing and HVAC, Tyler took ownership of the company in 2008. Tyler's dedication has kept him at the helm as the owner and president of Redlands & Henry Bush.

Recommended Customer Reviews

Jose came out after-hours on Saturday July 13 and did a very thorough job diagnosing my plumbing issues! He provided excellent customer service and communicated everything so well!!
I highly recommend Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning!!

So we had to have two bathroom sink drains with drain vents redone after having new floor installed.
We called Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. He verbally quoted $1100 which we thought was excessive but ok'd it.
He left to get parts. Came back and worked an hour.
Then he had me sign a box on his little phone size screen 3 times. When I looked at the emailed receipt it was for $1925.00! According to my Ring doorbell, he entered the house at 9:42 am, left for 40 minutes to get parts. Carried his tools out at 12:11. A total of 2 hours and 28 minutes. The parts aren't that expensive. That company made about $600 per hour!
We had used them before and thought they were fair. This time I feel taken advantage of and it is a feeling I don't like. When I spoke to the service manager on the phone about it his tone was defensive from the start. I finally just told him that we wouldn't use them again and hung up. All I was asking was an explanation for the cost.

I am the ""elderly"" parent of Mark P. who wrote a review today on mine and my husband's behalf. This is an update. The service manager called me and although we didn't agree about what actually happened, he did say he would return $400 to my credit card. That would be half of the difference of what my husband and I heard verbally quoted and what we were charged. We will settle for that.
Note: we have no problem with the quality of work.

Writing this on behalf of my parents who recently used this company and were grifted. Avoid Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning at all costs. My elderly parents needed two simple drains reattached due to a floor renovation. They received a quote of approximately $1,100--already excessive. The so-called plumber arrived at 9:42 AM, left for 40 minutes to get parts, and completed the job and left at 12:11pm, meaning it took less than 2.5 hours in total, including his time out for parts. He then asked my parents to sign a phone screen without showing the materials and task list for the final charge. They only found out later via email that the bill was over $1,900--$800 more than quoted.
Despite my mother's request for an itemized bill, the company refused. This will be reported to the licensing board and the Better Business Bureau.
This company took advantage of a vulnerable elderly couple, charging them an outrageous rate of over $700 per hour for a job an apprentice could do. Their refusal to provide an itemized bill and their dishonest practices are clear indicators of a scam.
Do not trust these con artists with any project. Protect yourself and your loved ones by steering clear of Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning.

Thank you for reliable service with my water heater. I was given instructions to help in the future with my product. When arriving I was contacted to allow me time to be aware when the repairman would arrive, Miguel. He was here and quickly took care of my concerns efficiently. Being courteous and explained what I was concerned. Thank you Redlands plumbing for great service and answering questions to clarify my issues.

Company was helpful and courteous on the phone. Isaiah came out to the property and was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Isaiah took care of the issue and informed us throughly of what work needed to be done. This was done promptly and correctly. Thank you for all your hard work!

I had my semi annual service for my HVAC system today and am, once again, happy with the service provided. I received a call 30 minutes in advance of arrival time. Technician was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

I had a kitchen faucet replaced by Joe. He was very courteous and through. I would recommend his work and professionalism.

I am very happy and impressed with the "" heating and air"" service that is provided by this company. Years ago they installed a new heating and air system into my parents home and Adam sold them a warranty. To this day every year Redlands heating and air goes to my parents house and gives them a nice tune up on their system. The people are wonderful and the service is top notch. Thank you for helping me take care of my parents.

A year ago, I needed a new heater and shopped around. Picked Redlands plumbing due to the fact it seemed like a reputable brand even though it was about 2k more expensive than other companies and came with a one year tube up. The installation came with a one year service tune up. The heater was installed and they cut the attic opening a little larger to fit in new thermostat and damaged the surrounding paint and plaster and did not fix.
A year later the tech, Mario came out to do tune up. And did a tune up( does a 1year furnace need a tune up?). This is where my regret was. Mario spent an hour in the attic ""adjusting the motor"" came down and attempted to turn it on to find out he broke my smart thermostat. Mario proceeded to take the thermostat off the wall and hand it to me and say it must be broken and I'll have to buy a new one and tried to leave. You came to maintenance it and broke it and then wanted me to pay for a new one?!?! I had to ask and initiate the conversation to call the boss and have it replaced.
The boss acted like he was doing me a favor.
Mario left a mess on my floor without cleaning up before leaving and the new ecobee thermostat was ugly and did not integrate with my previous smart home system.
It's a nice company but not worth the extra 2k go with a cheaper company. You would think for the extra money they would not break stuff and pick up after themseves
