I had them come out to my condo to repair a small leak in the pvc pipe. They charged me 254.00 for the small repair. Although the 2 guys were very nice, I am sure I was overcharged for such a small job. My condo community has used them often so I thought I would try them out. Never again!

Showed up in a timely manner. Very professional and fixed outstanding pipe issue. Charged half of what home advisor plumber wanted to charge. Will definitely hire again and recommend.

On Sunday 12/13, called as my main sewer line under my house backed up. Bathroom had about 3 inches of sewage... Now this has happened about 8 times since I owned my home for 25 years. I used the same company the last 4 times. I explained they need to have 100 feet of snake to clear it as I had prior experience with this problem. When the plumber arrived, I showed him the clean out (by the kitchen and explained the 100 foot snake. He totally blew me off (very condescending like I was an idiot) and said he will go threw the roof since it was on the opposite side of the house). He did NOT have the 100 feet of snake to boot. So an hour and a half later and him calling another guy to come over, the one toilet opened up. They packed up and left. The septic was full so they did nothing more. 10 minutes after they let, I had the septic cleaned out. All seemed good until I started to wash dishes....yep the sink backed up. Went to check toilets and they were backed up. Sewage water coming up through bathtubs. I called them back and told them the issue....will send someone over the next day. They ended up running the 100 feet of snake I originally requested (this employee remembered our house so did what he had to to 2 years ago). So they said it was fixed... First charge was $470.00 .. but then they gave us a second charge of $190.00...BUT 2 hours later the toilets and kitchen all backed up again. They said it was not their fault since septic was full. That's fine but they still did not fix the main drains originally. Basically told too bad! If I could choose a minus rating I would. I have called another plumber that is going to end up charging me another $200.00. This means I paid $665.00 for a job NOT done plus the new plumber. This company is out for themselves. They came out to fix a leak and determined the cause in about 10 minutes. Then, though they admitted they were capable of doing the work, the owner """"decided"""" not to do it. But he charged me for the visit anyway! The plumber on call repeatedly told me he was extremely embarrassed to be charging me but that the owner, despite my objections, insisted. Horribly run business.
