My wife and I have depended on Redi-Rooter for more than 15 years. They have done small jobs for us in our house and rental in Visalia and large jobs for us in our small cul-de-sac. They stand behind their work and come back to fix problems that arise years later, at little or no cost. Working with Jerry and his team is a great experience.

Jerry and his team are the best. We have used him for our home and rentals. They are quick, responsive and thorough. I know that when Redi-Rooter leaves, the job is done right. Jimmy is the usual tech that comes out, although I have had Jerry on-site as well. They are friendly and have always exceeded our expectations. We've used Jerry and his team for basic drain clearing, garbage disposal replacement, hot water replacement to complete replumbing septic. Big or small, there's not a job I wouldn't trust Jerry with!

Extremely kind and helpful from the first phone call to pulling out of my driveway. I called late morning about a leak at my house and Tony came out shortly after to help get it fixed. He was very knowledgeable and even walked me through what he was doing. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

Used Redi-Rooter and couldn't be happier. Service techs are so informative re letting you know what's goi g on and why. Had a problem with hot water heater and visited their shop to inquire about cost to R and R. Owner told me the older unit we had was still a very good unit and probably just needed new thermal coupler. He could have easily gouged me by telling me I needed a new one because I certainly don't know any better. He had tech at my home within an hour and that's all it was. I'm sure had I walked in some other place I'd be buying a new water heater. I've used then a number of times now and I wouldn't think of trying anyone else.

Great family run business! Quality work by the owner himself and he even cleaned up all the mess afterwards, some of which wasn't his mess but rather years of neglect, dust, and random screws on the ground. Thanks Redi-Rooter for the great service!

only call these people if:

you don't want your problem resolved

you want to pay more than what you authorized as home owner authorized 2.0 hours - worker worked 3.0 hours - home owner offsite so tenant did not know - situation exploited

you want to be spoken to condescendingly by the owner of this business (worker and office manager very nice, though)

you want to be told by the business owner that your conversation was (illegally) recorded after your tennant told you that she was told that this business owner specifically said he was not privvy to the conversation between the home-owner and on-site worker

you want to make an existing problem worse

be told that you now have a $10,000 problem (which is being resolved by another company for $7500)
