OUR PROBLEM: We had a major sewer problem with sewage backing up in our kitchen and before our master sink and it was affecting our ability to use the washer. We needed a repipe asked for a couple of quotes from bigger companies and some local plumbers and they were all good. However, when we met with Shane and RedHead Rooter, he gave us a free camera inspection to see what the actual problem was and offered a different solution that was cheaper and less invasive in our home. The other companies all said we would have to dig up holes in our house and Shane was able to provide a convenient and more affordable option that fixed our problem without digging up holes. It was surprising to me that a local small business like RedHead Rooter found that option and not the larger plumbing companies.

SERVICE: The project to do a new sewage pipe, new lining, install a cleanout, and patch drywall and concrete work was completed within 3 days. It was prompt and Shane communicated each time when they were arriving. After they finished and placed back the washer, they helped snake and clear out our sink and we found that there was a lot of junk in it. During the project, there were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made and Shane always talked with me about it and shared his thoughts. Shane and his team went above and beyond with their service and communication.

PRICING: Shane is very reasonable, flexible, and understanding with pricing and the budget we had and we wanted to support a local business in our city instead of a bigger corporate company.

We called RedHead rooter due to our toilet backing up. To be honest, the toilet had been backing up for years and we thought having it snaked again (per usual) would do the trick. Isaac came and insisted on checking to see what the real root of the cause was. He found belly or sag in the sewer line in two places. Obviously, this is not what we wanted to hear especially considering the price tag that comes with fixing it. Isaac was great with the info he provided and thoroughly explained it to us. After talking to Shane (owner), we decided to get it handled. Both were understanding and handled it professionally but didn't pressure us. The work was completed in two days and cleaned up. We will definitely use RedHead Rooter for any future plumbing issues.

This was such an easy process. You always dread when there are plumbing issues. You know that it is costly when dealing with plumbing. I actually found RedHead Rooter through Yelp! I liked that they were a veteran owned business. The pictures of what they repaired made me feel as they knew what they were doing. Also, when I explained the issue, they put me at ease over the phone. When Athens arrived he was knowledgeable and worked to resolve the problem. I also like that even more of the team came to ensure the quality of work. I would definitely use them again. They came prepared for the task.

My experience with Redhead rooter is a very very good one, Shane came out a couple years when I had a slab leak. They detected and fixed the leak and subsequently rerouted with pex. After that I had the whole house rerouted with the pex. Shane and his crew were very professional and attentive to all issues. He stands behind his work and is very reasonable when it comes to cost!

Redhead Rooter excellent service. Their crew was polite, professional and efficient. We had and do have a serious problem with our mainline pumping due to the roots coming from city tree, so this is ongoing. These guys were great, handled the problem and than offered good solutions for future service. In addition the problem came back the next day, we gave them a call and no problem they came right back and handed it again. No charge. So if u have a plumbing problem I highly recommend. Also Athen in their team was great.

Shane responded immediately even though it was late in the workday. My plumbing issue was more complicated than expected but Shane and his crew took care of it without hesitation. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat.
