I am genuinely impressed with how reliable Redhead Rooster is. I had a rogue running tub facet in one upstairs tub/shower combo. The internal valve broke, and the water would not turn off. It was after 11:30 p.m., and I called eight (8) plumbing companies providing ""24-hour emergency service"", but no technicians (plumbers) were available until the following morning after 8 a.m. (so much for 24-hour service). Some operators said they would have a technician call me, but I had no returned calls that evening. Upon frustration, I then went on Angies List and requested local plumbers to contact me. Within 5 minutes, Redhead Rooster texted me. They asked me to send pictures of the issue, and within 30 min, a technician (Giovanni) was at my door. Giovanni finished just after 1am, fixed the problem, and prevented me from having my family (primarily ladies) from not having running water by having to shut off the water all night. Giovanni did a superb job, and if this is how Redhead provides service in an emergency, then they have my uttermost trust for serving my needs when it is not. From now on, I'm a communicated customer to Redhead -no one else. Even further, the after-hours pricing was more than fair and accommodating.

Athen came out and knocked it out of the park within an hour. we had a clogged drain at my mother-in-law's house. Think she likes to put rocks in her sink. These guys were prompt professional explained everything and got it done in a timely manner. The pricing was good too.

Got loud hammering sound on the main water line controller when using washing machine. Found Athen and he came in 30 mins. Quick diagnosis the regulator issue, replaced in an hour. Now no weird sound whatsoever and pressure comes back. Great service, recommend!

Within the hour, a crew was sent to my house for the repair, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and completed the repair efficiently! After being a contractor for many years and venturing in many other businesses over my time I can honestly say that I met a company that over exceeded my expectations. First of Shane was nothing but awesome at making me feel happy along the way with the project start to finish, guy was very personable and had us all cracking up with laughter. He answered all my questions and concerns and got the work done very quickly and clean. I had a slab leak and after I just got done spending $$$$ on flooring etc he found a way to fix it without damaging my recently completed work. Now my house has water, better pressure and supply to my showers etc. He was in n out in three days including drywall and stucco patches. To my surprise his crew was able to actually blend and match my texture to both. If you have ever done construction you know how difficult this can be. The pricing was worth every penny for his professionalism but most of all he made me feel at peace knowing I could trust the work done. I will definitely be saving this contact for any future work and most definitely will refer him out to any and all I meet in need of a true professional of his trade.
