After being a contractor for many years and venturing in many other businesses over my time I can honestly say that I met a company that over exceeded my expectations. First of Shane was nothing but awesome at making me feel happy along the way with the project start to finish, guy was very personable and had us all cracking up with laughter. He answered all my questions and concerns and got the work done very quickly and clean. I had a slab leak and after I just got done spending $$$$ on flooring etc he found a way to fix it without damaging my recently completed work. Now my house has water, better pressure and supply to my showers etc. He was in n out in three days including drywall and stucco patches. To my surprise his crew was able to actually blend and match my texture to both. If you have ever done construction you know how difficult this can be. The pricing was worth every penny for his professionalism but most of all he made me feel at peace knowing I could trust the work done. I will definitely be saving this contact for any future work and most definitely will refer him out to any and all I meet in need of a true professional of his trade.

I was recently in dire need of a plumber, urgently! I called Ballard, but they refused to come out, as they don't service this area. Funny, I see Ballard vans around here all the time. Nonetheless, in desperation, I searched yelp. I found 5-star Redhead Rooter!! The best part of a terrible situation! The owner, Shane, called me back in minutes and told me that Athen would soon call. Well, Athen did call and was at my house within one hour as he promised. I ended up having a slab leak in my bathroom. Athen and his team had to reroute all my plumbing. It was a huge job, but there are designated people for every single part of the job that needed to be done. They were polite, efficient, and prompt in getting my plumbing back together. It took a day and a half to complete, but they were there when they said they'd be, laid heavy duty plastic to protect my house and furniture and cleaned up after themselves so you'd never know they were there in the first place. I guarantee that if you need a plumber, you're making a big mistake if you don't call Redhead Rooter. They're my plumbers, from this moment on, and worth 5 more than 5 stars!!

If you have a minor or major plumbing issue and don't want to go through the stress of finding a trusted and honest plumber, I would highly recommend calling Shane and his company at RedHead Rooter.

OUR PROBLEM: We had a major sewer problem with sewage backing up in our kitchen and before our master sink and it was affecting our ability to use the washer. We needed a repipe asked for a couple of quotes from bigger companies and some local plumbers and they were all good. However, when we met with Shane and RedHead Rooter, he gave us a free camera inspection to see what the actual problem was and offered a different solution that was cheaper and less invasive in our home. The other companies all said we would have to dig up holes in our house and Shane was able to provide a convenient and more affordable option that fixed our problem without digging up holes. It was surprising to me that a local small business like RedHead Rooter found that option and not the larger plumbing companies.

SERVICE: The project to do a new sewage pipe, new lining, install a cleanout, and patch drywall and concrete work was completed within 3 days. It was prompt and Shane communicated each time when they were arriving. After they finished and placed back the washer, they helped snake and clear out our sink and we found that there was a lot of junk in it. During the project, there were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made and Shane always talked with me about it and shared his thoughts. Shane and his team went above and beyond with their service and communication.

PRICING: Shane is very reasonable, flexible, and understanding with pricing and the budget we had and we wanted to support a local business in our city instead of a bigger corporate company.
