Redhead Rooter excellent service. Their crew was polite, professional and efficient. We had and do have a serious problem with our mainline pumping due to the roots coming from city tree, so this is ongoing. These guys were great, handled the problem and than offered good solutions for future service. In addition the problem came back the next day, we gave them a call and no problem they came right back and handed it again. No charge. So if u have a plumbing problem I highly recommend. Also Athen in their team was great.

Shane responded immediately even though it was late in the workday. My plumbing issue was more complicated than expected but Shane and his crew took care of it without hesitation. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

I had an EMERGENCY! My good friend recommended I call Redhead Rooter. She's used him before and had nothing but good things to say about him and the services he provides. I'm so glad I called! I am pretty handy around the house but I couldn't figure out what was going on! Redhead Rooter was at my house just a few hours after I called him and he broke everything down for me. Explained what he was going to do to figure out the problem, explained pricing up front and had NO HIDDEN CHARGES anywhere on my bill. He dug up the issue, pulled out the pipes and he found roots! He explained how he was going to fix it and that he would put everything back and fill the area so there was no dip in the dirt. That's important to me as I have livestock and a broken leg from a hole in the ground is NOT something I want to deal with. He got my issue fixed THAT DAY and had my yard completely put back together! He truly is an awesome plumber and I will never call anyone else again! 5 ! So much stress and anxiety was relieved because of him. Thank you Shane!!!!!! And he was very friendly and social with my goats that like to mind everyone's business but their own! Will definitely be calling him back for anything else plumbing related I need!

The plumbing at my house backed up over the weekend and I had to get it fixed right away. I was referred to RedHead Rooter and they came out Saturday night in the pouring rain. Luckily the issue wasn't too bad and was resolved quickly. They have all the tools and equipment to get any job done and even ran a camera down the line to inspect it thoroughly while I watched.
