So far, very impressed! I sent in an online request today, got a call within an hour, and a technician at my home by 2:30PM. We called in for what initially appeared to be a plumbing leak in our home, but Miguel was able to provide his professional opinion right away. He did not feel that this was a plumbing related issue and was very honest with us. He provided a quote for Reddick & Sons to complete a thorough investigation, but told us it is more than likely an exterior building component (we live in a condo). They could have most certainly told us that an inspection where the drywall was cut out was necessary, but they were very honest and told us to monitor the water spot for a while. Great customer service!

I am overwhelmed that there are still companies out there like Reddick. I have searched high and low and asked friends and family for recommendations and have finally hit the jackpot. The gentleman who came out was passionate, friendly, courteous, explained things to me in layman's form and re-explained the issue at hand to my husband. He took pride in his work, was not pushy and PUT ON SHOE COVERS! Thank you for helping our family of 8 have heat after a long Thanksgiving holiday without it.

Called Reddick & Sons because our heating unit for our upstairs died on us. It's freezing outside so we needed someone to come out quick. They answered my call first thing in the morning when I reached out to them. Their receptionist was pleasant and accommodating, offering to send a technician out right away that afternoon. Fees were simply explained and the technician arrived right on time. My husband was home to talk to David (the technician) and when I arrived home from my errands, he raved about how thorough and good he was. He was very impressed by David's knowledge and willingness to show us how everything works and what to watch for to keep things in good condition. My husband never raves about anyone, so that says something. Thanks Reddick!

Just had a new hot water heater installed (for an old but functioning one). Discovered that night that we had no hot water. Danny Reddick (the owner) drove out at 9 pm to fix the problem, which turned out to be a circuit breaker that didn't come back on. He earned the 5 star review for his company by personally making sure things were right. We otherwise would not have considered using them again, but will now.

Our air conditioning system stopped cooling so we gave Reddick and Sons a call. We had never used them before but decided to give it a try based on their solid reviews. The technician who came out was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a defective fan and offered a replacement aftermarket fan. He also confirmed our system was in good shape despite being 10 years old. Reddick and sons exceeded our expectations and we will be using them in the future.

Miguel from Reddick & Sons installed a water softener for us today and did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He even figured out how to install a kitchen bypass for us which we wanted but weren't sure was feasible. He explained everything he was doing so we understood the reasoning behind it. After seeing how much knowledge and expertise he brought to the project, I was really glad I hadn't tried to tackle it myself! This is our second outstanding experience with Reddick & Sons! Highly recommend!

Jan (from Reddick and Sons) came out to troubleshoot an electrical circuit that got knocked out during some recent interior carpentry work. The problem was pretty difficult to trace and it took quite a few troubleshooting tricks to figure it out. Jan put a lot of energy into the issue and had a great attitude the whole time. He solved a very difficult problem in about 3 hours. I'm very relieved, they did an awesome job.

I called Reddick and Sons to fix or diagnose an air conditioning problem. As a new home owner, I had never used a HVAC company before. I took a chance with Yelp. There were about 15 5 star reviews..but unfortunately I should have used a company with at least 50 honest reviews.

My problem with Reddick and Sons is That first of all they were late. I was at the mercy of an HVAC company in the middle of June...so you can imagine the delima. Two tech's came out and ""inspected"" my home (3 floors) from top to bottom. Long story short they said that I needed an whole new air compressor for $4,000.00. No Not a new HVAC system, just an air compressor...$4,000.00!!! They also suggested some helpful hints as to put rocks under my AC unit and close air vents. They charged me $500 to clean the outside fan and to add freon which they knew I didn't need..

I called another company and got the real diagnosis. I had particulates in my line which was a simple fix and they charged me $250.

In addition to charging $500 they also slapped a huge Riddick & Son's promotional sticker on my HVAC unit inside and out without asking...Zero Stars if possible.
