We had someone from RotoRooter take a look at a leak in our basement.
Their plumber wasn't able to identify where the leak was coming from and we ended up paying $1400 without getting the problem fixed. It continued to happen so we contacted Reddick and Sons for a second opinion. Matthew came out and identified where it was coming from right away and was able to fix it. I'm happy to say it has been fixed for much less than what we were originally charged. We should have contacted Reddick and Sons from the start.

I hired Reddick & Sons to install a whole-house humidifier. I spoke with two other HVAC companies, but they didn't have an electrician license and I would have to hire a separate contractor to run the electrical wire. Reddick & Sons offered a competitive quote for the entire project. Taking into account their positive reviews, I decided to work with them.

Their technicians are very polite, honest, and respectful. The scheduling process was easy, and they came within the appointment window. They have attention to detail, and the quality of the work was good. They found a small water leak in the utility closet during the installation and fixed it at no cost. They cleaned up the work area and left it even cleaner than it was before.

We were having a problem diagnosing a leak in the downstairs bathroom. After three plumbers and several hundred dollars, we called Reddick after reading the reviews. Mitch discovered that we had accidentally put a nail through a copper pipe in the wall, causing the leak.

Less experienced plumbers had pat solutions. Mitch attacked the problem like a super detective and found the unusual leak.

Great service! Had a whole home humidifier installed for $950. They came out and went the extra mile to get the right parts and correct items that were not up to code. They listened to my questions and did not push any unnecessary repairs or services. Once installed they went over how to use and maintain the humidifier. Highly recommend them. Good communication, they fit shoe covers on, every tech who's come by has very nicely dealt with my questions and comments and me watching what they do(out of curiosity!).
