Brian from Reddick and Sons is awesome!!! He went the extra mile to ensure we had the exact, color and design of the new upgraded toilet we wanted for our main power room. It took extra effort and research to get the right color. But Brian was not discouraged and kept after it until the job was done to our satisfaction! We truly appreciated that! Reddick & Sons technician, Mr. Jesse N, was very professional in addressing our problem with the electric furnace. He was punctual and tenacious in attempting to resolve the problem, which now requires a new part. He also simplified the operations of the Honeywell thermostat such that it is more user friendly. Reddick and Sons is fortunate to have Jesse N as an employee.

My 15 year old Rheem Heat Pump needed to be replaced and thankfully I discovered the great folks at Reddick and Sons! The Service Technician, Jessie, did a superb job of diagnosing the defective system and was able to promptly provide a cost effective estimate for a new Lennox Heat Pump. As a Marine Corps Veteran, I greatly appreciate the exceptional service, professionalism and thoughtful consideration I was given. Was having an issue with my HVAC, the outdoor unit fan would not come on during sub 30 degree weather and the unit would not heat the house as it should. Called Reddick and Sons and a tech was at our home the next day(Friday). The tech (Steven K.) came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with the outdoor unit (losing pressure due a hole in the coolant system). Could repair the system that day but we agreed he could return on Monday. Steven was prompt on Monday morning and partially had to drain the refrigerant from the system, make the repair and replace the refrigerant. System was tested, heat was restored and wife was happy. Reasonably priced but I would have paid more just to have my wife warm and happy. Recommend Riddick and Sons for your HVAC needs and concerns.

Called them about electric water heater too hot in a rental property. Knowing it at least needed thermostat(s) replaced and I live an hour away, I repeatedly asked for just a ballpark estimate and was repeatedly told ""every case is different"" and no they just won't do that. Hourly rate? NOPE. Decided to roll the dice. I'm always looking out for a good service tech. Everything went as planned - schedule, call ahead, etc. No problems there. When the tech got on site he checked it out and called. ""Heater elements are fine but thermostats not so much"". ""We charge $366 EACH to replace these, but we can give a $50 discount for two"". ""That will be $682 out the door"". So they could not tell me ANYTHING about the likely cost up front, but the tech knew EXACTLY what they charge. A kit with 2 elements and 2 tstats costs ~$35 retail. This is a 10-15 minute replacement job that any homeowner can do easily. These folks had an opportunity to gain a new customer by charging a fair price but chucked it for the instant gratification. I don't do reviews but this was beyond ridiculous. I'm sorry to say I would never trust these guys again.
