Way too expensive . Plus they didn't clean up thier mess. And after it started raining this spring I'm a little disappointed in how they did the job.. I had to add piping to it myself. They charged me about four times what a normal plumbing company would charge... The only benefit to this company is they can usually jump on the job pretty fast and that's why I didn't really care to call around because at the time ( December was selling the home) I was in a big hurry but after talking to other people in this industry I really should have called around and waited....These guys work on commission so it's expensive ...

My mother-in-law has had these guys over to fix her shower 6 times. (Yes, you read that correctly.) It STILL wasn't fixed, so we called a handyman friend of ours. He fixed the problem in less than an hour, and it is actually fixed this time. Call Snake 'n' Rooter. They know what they are doing and they won't charge you for their own mistakes.

The stars are given for the service technicians. They are always very courteous and polite. They get the job done and always show up on time. They even clean up after their mess which is a rare when dealing with contractors. The main issue with this company is the office staff! They do not log service calls, making you have to call back and start a new one. need an invoice for The work done? Forget it! You only receive invoices after repeated calls and still many times they fail to send them. That should be a company standard to send an invoice once the service is completed. Lastly the manager is always out to lunch well at least that's what you are told when you ask to speak to one. When asked for a time they will be in they never know and I guess the manager doesn't have a line where you can leave a message for a return call .... how convenient! This company could be so much better if they had a better office staff.

Please do yourself a huge favor and do not call these people. Their main goal is to see how far they can reach into your bank account or wallet.
I had a blocked 4in drain and the main thing to know is it was blocked at the manhole. The two guys from Reddi Services got me for $250.00 and then gave me a quote for $12,000.00 to dig down and fix it. That's right $12,000.00. They never once mentioned calling the city since it's their manhole. So I called another company from Belton, KJett Services. The very first thing they did was called the city on Monday and on Thursday they were here with the city guy. Guess what? The city has already started fixing the problem. Digging the street up and all that entails. Here's the big one, NO CHARGE TO ME!! Not even KJett Services charged me.
Shame on Reddi Services for trying to rob me.

The serviceman, Joel Bailey was very polite and informed me of my issue and how it should be addressed. He helped me decide the best remedy for solving the problem.

I made an appointment Saturday morning for 3 o'clock in the afternoon with Reddi's 24/7 supposed service to clear a kitchen sink drain before a large family dinner party. No one ever came From Reddi. Phone calls reached only a message service. No call was ever returned. I never heard from them again. Never call this place again! Rating zero.

Our service specialist, Courtney Miller, has unclogged our kitchen drain twice now. He is punctual, polite, cleans up after himself, and always does the absolute best job! We always ask for him by name. High praise

Collin came out and was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He augered the main sewer line and diagnosed an issue with a toilet. He spent more time on the main line than anyone previously and we have had it serviced every year for 12 years. We will be calling Reddi from now on. I hope Collin is there for a very long time.

We had our laundry P trap replaced today as the 55 year old one was rusting out causing the lint to clog up this drain. Rich Miller came out on time and was very friendly throughout the repair. He explained to me exactly what the plan was before any work had started. He finished early and cleaned up afterwards. Even asked me before he was done if the concrete work was up to my standards. Very professional in my opinion. I would highly recommend them! Great job Rich Miller!
