Augustine H.I recently hired Reddi Services to fix my AC and on their first visit here, they said that my current unit was broken and I would need to replace it. I agreed to let them replace my AC unit which cost $8,200 only for the unit not to work. Reddi never even checked to see if there was electrical issue before telling me that I needed a new unit. I feel as if they would have checked the electrical first, then I wouldn't have had to pay $8.2k, and I also wouldn't be in this position to start. Reddi claimed that it was an electrical issue, and that I must have an electrician come out. I hired (Bob Hamilton) and when I paid for an electrician to come out, and they said that Reddi damaged all of the wires. The electrician said that the unit requires 25 amps and what we have only goes up to 20 amps. Long story short, Reddi told me that I needed a new AC unit when I did not, and then the unit they put in my house still does not work. Now I am out $8,200 and my house is 86 degrees.
I scheduled an appointment with them and let them pick the day and time that would be most convenient because I know how busy it can get in the summer and wanted to make sure they had a good time they wouldn't have be late or reschedule. The day of the appointment, no one showed up and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel, I had to call them. They rescheduled for the next day and again didn't show up or call to let us know they wouldn't be coming. I called again almost four hours after they were supposed to come and again had canceled my appointment without notifying me. The employee I spoke to only told me they'd call when they got to me. I asked whether that meant later the same day (since they're supposed to be available 24 hours) or tomorrow, or even any time this week. She said she couldn't tell me but they'd call when they were ready. And again, they scheduled the appointment, not me! Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I had just bought a new house and had an issue with how one of my gas lines was run and needed it removed as well as possibly running a new line. Joel Bailey was great! We talked through the issue I had and he came up with a nice simple solution. He also got me set up with their Maintenance Plan which, having a house that's almost 100 years, I am sure will be helpful!

Horrible services!! I would never use them again. First it was a guy training and he was talking the whole time. They seems unknowledge about how to open up a drain. My drain was clogged and now it's back clogged because they seems not to know how to unclogged a drain. I've had better plumbers from craigslist. I would never ever use them again. How you charged all that money and the drain is back clogged.
Donita M.I called them for the 1st time after hours. The lady quoted $79. The guy was professional & organized that I gave him $5.00 to buy snack on way home. We did discuss fact that woman said $79 & he quoted $89. So I paid 89.
When he left he drove off my driveway & got stuck in my yard all 4 tires & left huge ruts. We were busy with that & after he left I noticed that he emailed a receipt that did not explain services, put all 0.00 so I have no proof I paid $89. So he ripped me off!!!! And tore up my yard!!! He probably wasn't paying attention. I called the office to complain & was told a supervisor would phone me but hasn't. Tho he was good at his job I'm not sure if I will use again I'm a retired senior & cant afford to get ripped off.
Plus they can't stand by their quotes.
Amy C.My master shower was dripping constantly. It had been ""fixed"" about a year ago by another local company. Don came in, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Both faucets even turn the same direction now which is so nice. Had a gift card so the price was even more reasonable. I will definitely keep Reddi Services at the top of my list.
Don't use them. Manager on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Other reviews say the same. Call KC Metro Plumbing instead. They are great!
The Reddi technician Tyler was very professional and polite. But the man who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Tyler cleaned a back up in my main drain line. But water got stuck in a crawl space from running water to clean the drain. I asked them to remove the water that got stuck there and Tyler didn't have the equipment to do it right away. They said they would call me the next day. No one called. I followed up. Someone then called me and said they could bring a truck to get rid of that water and it would cost $700. My drain line cleaning job was only $150. The manager on the phone then was rude and unprofessional. I will not use this company ever again!!
My regular plumber cleaned that water with a hand held water vacuum. Reddi wanted to bring a truck and charge hundreds of dollars. Ridiculous.
Steve B.Don't know what happened to them. They use to be my go to plumbing company. Last few times I've used them I have had to cancel and call someone else. They always did good work when they showed up but I can't have a plumbing emergency and wait 5 or 6 hours for someone to call me back. Sucks because their prices were the best in town but what good is it when you never know if they are actually going to show up or not.
I tried to schedule service for a broken furnace at my rental house. Unfortunately they couldn't get to me until late evening that day. I understand they are busy, so no problem. Then I get a call that they have to cancel that appointment. Tenants have a night without heat in 35 degree weather. We reschedule for noon the next day. I had a call at 10:30 when I'm in church and can't take it. As soon as I can I give them a call around 11:00. The dispatcher tells me I missed my appointment last night and this morning and I will have to wait until the following day.
This is completely unacceptable. It seems there is very poor internal communication within the company which translates into problems for the customer. Tenants have been without heat for two days because of this. They certainly lost my business.
