Needed emergency plumbing services, and I called at 10:15 am. I called again 30 minutes later. ""Technician will call you"". Just received a call at 1:15 pm. I had Roto-Rooter out, they cleared the line, and I have a restoration company here. All of this happened in-between the initial call to Reddi. Technician call back time stinks.

Chris G. is a complete professional, provided excellent customer service on a Sunday night, and did a great job with our emergency water line issue. Their price is always competitive or below the competition, and service is excellent.

My shower drain was clogged and nothing I did unclogged it. Jorge Prieto-Moran was able to clear the drain with a snake in no time. Unfortunately he found that the pipe was broken. He came back the next week with Marco to investigate where the broken pipe was.

I couldn't be happier with their work. They were always kind and willing to answer any questions I had and explain in detail what the problem was. I had no trouble getting in contact with them and they were always prompt.

Jorge Prietro-Moran came out today to deal with multiple issues including a washing machine leak, bathtub clog and mold. He was very professional took his time to make sure everything was done right. Even went out to hardware store to but a seal to ensure the problems were fixed. Would recommend him.

Reddi Services were able to come out the same day that we called. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had Marco Prieto. come out to our house to look at our shower drain which wouldn't drain properly. He was quick, efficient, friendly and informative. The services were charged at a very reasonable rate. And honestly, were just super stoked to take a shower without standing in 6 inches of water. Hallelujah'!

My kitchen sink backed up and Jorge came to the rescue. I was late to my appointment with him at my house and he waited patiently. After he cleared the clog he made sure that everything was working properly, fixed the broken pipes and replaced the garbage disposal. He was incredibly polite and kind. I will always go back to him!

We needed our septic pumped (backed up the day after Thanksgiving); called several septic companies but they were either closed for the holiday or couldn't do anything until after the weekend - some advertised 24/7 service! Reddi came by the following day, right on time, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Not only that, I think the charge is very reasonable, and not having to pay extra for weekend service is a plus!

Reddi services is a wonderful company to call when you need plumbing. Their prices are fare and the employees do call you back and they do keep you informed. The tec (Pepe) that came to help with our sewer that need to be snaked was very helpful and had a great customer service attitude. Thank you REDDI.

These guys are great, but a little bit expensive. My bathroom sink was starting to clog up and I called them and they came out there the next night and Marco showed me that it wasn't a drain clog at all, it was just some soap gunk caught in the drain and he showed me how to take out the drain and clean it. It was $130 to do something so simple so he also flushed my water heater, which they normally charge $60 for, but since I didn't really have anything wrong with my sink drain he went ahead and did that which I appreciate. $130 is still pretty high for both of these, but I needed them done so now it is.
