We are so happy with the work that Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services did at our house. Our kitchen sink was stopped up and we were trying to leave for a trip. Reddi Services sent Ben out on the same day. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also repaired a leaky dishwasher hose and outdoor faucet while he was here. Could not be happier.

Reddi Services has saved the day again - the Saturday before our Mothers' Day party, and the kitchen drain stopped up! Bob was on duty and came to the rescue and with his expertise managed to solve a tricky plumbing problem and got us up and running again! We appreciate all the Reddi technicians but Bob really came through for us this time!

Chris Groth with Reddi Services was great, we had a gas leak needing repair, called for an estimate and Chris came out same day. Reddi followed up to schedule the repairs and Chris came out the following day. He was honest and precise with his work, he obtained the permit needed for the work needed, and also called the City to schedule the inspection. It was all done in a timely manner, and we are very happy with the work completed. Thanks Chris Groth for a job well done!! Highly recommend Reddi Services!

They replaced a water heater for me in Albuquerque. I later found out they did not pull a permit which is required. and I assume it was because they are not even licensed to do gas work they are only licensed in plumbing which by the way when I checked last week that was suspended. Now I can't get a city inspection which is required with out basically hiring a reputable, licensed and bonded company to pull a permit come out and do all the things that they didn't do so that the job would meet city code. Also if they do your gas work without pulling a permit and having a city inspection homeowners will not cover in case of a fire or explosion. Now they won't even return my phone calls to make it right. Legally they are not allowed to charge for doing work that they are not licensed in that field. I will be filing a complaint with Construction Industries in Arizona & New Mexico, also with the Attorney General's office and City of Albuquerque. Would like a refund to put toward the new expense of having a licensed company redo the work with a permit and an inspection

Left High and Dry, or should I say wet. These guys are very undependable. They said they were on their way when we had a major back up. We waited and waited and no show, no call. I finally called them to only find out they had gone home for the day where their plumbing probly works. All I got was the rudest answering service ever. After all this time it is now after hours and any other plumber is going to charge their high after hour rates. When our family needed Reddi Services the most they let us down. Shame on them.

They Service our office and always there to give us fast service. We've had some great technicians come out in the past. However by far one of the best is Benjamin Aguilar!!! Not only was he quick with his work but before he started he made it a point to explain to me exactly what was wrong with our kitchen sink. Very polite and patient. 5 start rating every time!!!

Great assessment of the issues, concise daignosis, quick and rapid fix.
Bob McKean and his team came in and communicated the issue and then laid out a plan of attack. We came to an agreement of the services, he quickly calculated a price, and his team implemented the solution with quality and attention to detail. I used Reddi Services for my other home. Pepe Munoz did a stellar job assessing the issue on my hot water heater, and even tried to save the old one with replacing a part, but in the end had to repalce it. Reddi also replaced my AC unit on that same house. This is a good repatable company that uses reason to find the newest rechnologies and applies the best solutions.

0-STARS FOR HEATHER C for being the idiot that decided to give Reddi another chance. For anyone that cares to read this tale of woe, here we go.

Called Reddi for a constantly running toilet. I'm told $200 to replace the fill valve. I decided to fix it since it's less hassle than replacing. Fast forward a few hours, and it's running again. Due to the 3-day weekend, I didn't call the tech out again until this morning.

Now, he's diagnosed that the flush valve seal is also bad, but they have to replace the whole thing. Since the toilet was less than $200, I'm stuck with losing money either way now. Dave did offer to ""discount"" the labor by 1/2, but still quoted another $130. This wasn't acceptable. Why should I pay any additional labor when I was quoted $200 to fix a problem that still exists. Is it my fault there was only half of a diagnosis made? And I would think the $200 I was already charged for SEVEN MINUTES of repair time and what was probably a $20 part would be enough to cover another 10 minutes or so to replace this 2nd part, which I was willing to pay for.

The tech apologized and advised had he known the flush valve was also bad...etc. I guess I am supposed to know which part was bad? So I will now be either wasting water or sending my husband to toilet repair school, but I will not being paying Reddi to fix it.

On a side note, I've had 3 quotes from Reddi to do the install only on a toilet. In 2011, I was quoted $250 (we had it done elsewhere for half that). A few months ago $150-$175. Friday $275. While I was previously willing to pay a premium for consistently good service, the poor service and/or unsettling business practices lately have made me rethink my own sanity.
