I needed to have the storm drain in my atrium cleaned and a neighbor recommended Reddi Rooter. Dan came out this morning and not only did the drain rooting but also changed a 47-year-old garden valve (he had a new one in his van) and addressed other minor plumbing issues around the house. At my request, he also educated me on potential issues related to house plumbing and future maintenance. Fair price, honest, courteous and professional service, available on weekends and evenings. I will definitely call them again.

So glad I finally found a Plumber who is honest and reliable. After some sketchy experiences with other local plumbers who were overpriced and under qualified, I called Reddi Rooter. Derek came out and fixed a myriad of small plumbing issues around the house. He was prompt, polite and professional. He knows what he is doing. The prices are reasonable and overall a great value. Reddi Rooter is my new go to Plumber !

My in-laws recently moved into a remodeled home and master bath toilet wouldn't flush. Plunger didn't work. So I called Reddi Rooter based off of their Yelp reviews and they were close. Sure enough they came out within an hour and figured out the problem right away. The person they sent out was very professional and courteous through the whole process. Within an hour he had the issue resolved and we were happily flushing again! Would recommend these guys.

What began as a small drip in my shower turned into a broken shower wall and a broken diverter.
On the first visit, it was determined that the entire stem would need to be replaced for both the hot and cold handles to resolve the drip. The diverter was never an issue, but since there are 3 handles in the shower it was decided that they would all be replaced with new parts. From the moment that the handles were replaced, the diverter quit working properly.
I could go into detail, and provide dates but the bottom line is this....6 visits, and over $500 later the diverter was still not working properly and I now had a chrome plate in my shower to cover up the shower wall Chuck had broken on one of his attempts to repair the diverter.
I had made repeated requests to the ladies in the office to speak with the owner / manager, and had requested they consider sending someone other than Chuck to resolve the ongoing diverter issue.
NO LUCK!!!!
This was causing an inconvenience on myself, and fellow homeowners having this issue go on for as long as it did. Finally, after the 6th visit, and diverter still failing I called in a different plumbing company.
They charged me $150.00 to assess the situation. It was determined that the piece inside the wall that the diverter sits into was damaged and the entire unit inside the wall needed to be replaced.
I then schedule the work and paid $1100 to have the diverter issue resolved for good.
Chuck damaged my shower and this company had several chances to correct the situation. I made a couple of requests for a refund of my $500.00. I have yet to hear a response.....
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU ALL BEWARE!

So relieved I found them, they were open Sunday, answered the phone, and were able to come out the same day. Plumber polite and got the job done and gave suggestions for future maintenance. Definitely will be hiring for regular maintenance of cleaning out the lines(darn roots) to avoid weekend frantic calls. Recommend.

When I noticed a sewage leak under my home, I called Reddi Rooter based on a recommendation from a friend. Within minutes of my call, I received a return call from Derek, who referred me to a remediation company to first clean up the sewage, ARC Water Damage (they were great too!), before he could check out the problem. That night I called Reddi Rooter back to let them know that ARC would be done before 2 the next day. They immediately scheduled Derek to return to my home the next day at 2. Derek arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently, explaining to me what he saw and how he planned to fix it.

He was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend calling Reddi Rooter for your plumbing needs.

We had a clogged drain and were looking for somebody to come out and clear it in the range of $125-$150, which is the going reasonable rate. Ursula quoted me $146 for the work and Derek came out and took care of it for us. Unfortunately we were charged $163. Not a big deal but I thought I'd call to let them know. When I did Ursula said she didn't know what she could do for us and sounded like she just wanted to get out of the conversation. Not cool at all. We will not use this company again.

Very professional and friendly from the office to the tech that came out. They were by far the most affordable company out of the top companies in the area and made short work of our clogged waste line in the house.

They showed up within an hour of calling in the evening and the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend this small local family company.

I called Reddi Rooter for my boss a few weeks ago for a main line back up and they came that night to fix at a totally fair price.
Unfortunately it happened again this week and Chuck came out, fixed it quickly, explained why it might have happened again(the way the pipes run through the house) and explained how to help prevent it. And because it happened so soon after the first time they came out, it was free of charge.
