I had sewage backing up into the house. I have a home warranty but none of their contractors cared to contact me. That evening I called Reddi Rooter. They did not have any available technicians last night, but set up an appointment for the following morning. Zackery was punctual and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable.

I had to call Reddi today for two different plumbing emergencies. Dennis got here about fifteen minutes earlier than scheduled. He is very professional and very friendly at the same time. He took care of both problems in a more than timely manner. Made me glad I had called Reddi Plumbing. I will use them if I have any future plumbing issues and would definitely recommend them. I called them on a Saturday and they don't charge extra on weekends.

Ever since Reddi's plumber extraordinaire, Seth Harrington, figured out the root to my mystery leak. He's the only plumber we use and recommend. We had an erratic leak over three years that took four plumbers to wrongly diagnose and a lot of money wasted before Seth's accurate diagnosis. He told us what we could do to offset the cost of repairs as well as preventive measures. Clean, honest, and reasonable. He gives me the BEST deals on top of using their on-line coupons. Seth at Reddi is the only plumber we have EVER endorsed.

I called Reddi Industries in June 2016 to fix a leak in my sprinkler system. They charged me $147.00 to ""replumb blow out port. As soon as I turned system on, water sprayed full force in my yard for several hours.(because I wasn't home when system went on). They came back to fix it so they said and I don't recall how many times they came out because of leaks in the same spot (no charge). Then in December (it was still leaking) they told me the leak was because of a service valve in the basement, so they charged me $178.79 to replace that. This spring when I turned on system, it still leaked. They came to fix it, so they said (no charge). Today I had to call a irrigation company because of a different problem and when they went to turn the water off next to the house, it had been leaking and ground was totally saturated. Now I am paying someone to fix the problem that Reddi Industries says they have fixed several times and has cost me $326.41. I am retired on a fixed income and I really feel like they took total advantage of me.

This organization thinks customer service means treating cutomers as poorly as possible. They have promised to be at my house at a particular date and time FOUR times to run their camera through my swimming pool lines to check for a leak, and they have cancelled three times, with a haughty attitude. I work, and to have someone there to meet them, I have to pay that person to be there. The time they finally did make it here, they were unable to complete what they were hired to do. They told me to reach the rest of the lines, I would need to drain the pool. I drained the pool and set a date and time LAST WEEK for them to be there tomorrow, and today they said they could not be there, and rescheduled unilaterally to the next day. Then they said I had to pay in full for their incomplete scoping before they would come back out to finish the job. I called in to their office and paid by credit card, but this kind of treatment is ridiculous. I will never use them again, and you shouldn't, either. I can't find them as members of the better business bureau, and I just checked under Reddi Industries and Reddi Rooter. They must know that they would get a failing rating if they were in the BBB. Stay away from these folks!

The worst customer service and workmanship. Showed up late, dirty, and couldn't fix the problem. Called their office and got the runaround. STAY AWAY from this company.
