Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air and we were freaking out since it was a Friday afternoon. We called and were busy, and got someone out to us the next day. Explained what was wrong, charged us just the service fee, and we were good to go!

Your deficiencies on invoicing shouldn't be my (the customer) problem. I wouldn't have let the tech convince me it was cheaper to join the maintenance program if I knew it was 90 more. I bet Susie is on the phone a lot after seeing you're terrible billing process. She probably stays really busy with you lying and ripping people off. Anyhow, you lost our business.

We've used Reddi for several years. They replaced my AC and furnace this year and have done all our sprinkler work. Their employees have always been very good and easy to work with. I've never had a problem with them not showing up on time and getting the work done in a timely manner.

WAAYY over priced!! The business model (at least for plumbing) is basically get what they can out of people in bad situation. I had a leak in my water main right outside the foundation. They quoted me $1200. I needed it fixed quick so didn't have a choice. And that was with me doing all the digging. The guy was actually here less than 2 hours to do the job that he didn't even finish properly. ... REALLY $600 per hour?? If you need a plumber call someone that will give you a fair estimate. Don't ever call Reddi!!

This is what you will get with reddi industries: A broken A/C unit and a charge of $700. While they said they ""fixed"" my A/C unit, four hours later it was still not running properly. 10 hours later and it is 82 degrees, which is ten degrees above the thermostat setting. We spoke with quality control, who refused to refund our $700 that we paid to ""fix"" the unit, which showed absolutely no improvement after the service call. Thanks reddi industries, for stealing my money and losing a valued customer. Beware public: this business might guarantee satisfaction, but they instead take your money without rendering the service promised. Publicly, I would like to ask Reddit Industries to abide by good business practice and ethics by refunding my $700 and only charge me an assessment fee.

Have been using Reddi for a number of years now. Had the same tech as I did 4 years ago. Dennis is a great guy and an asset to the company. He is always on time, clean, professional and one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. I get tree roots from my neighbors tree and he is always able to knock them out. I think 4 years between jobs says a lot about the good service I have received. Thank You guys for a job well done.

Had them come out to work on the air conditioning unit. Came out on Friday to look at job said had a leak. Couldn't fix tonight need to come back Sunday to do job. Left Friday not fixing anything but in the work order put that he spent time fixing the issue. Then came back Sunday to fix the unit and put it would 4-6 hours was only at my house 2 hours 30 minutes but still billed me for 4-5 hours of work. Called to get them to fix the issue and they said well you agree to the estimate. Will not be using them again. Not over paying for service that was not provided. If you use make sure you check your statement.

We had Reddi scheduled to come and clean out some drainage lines around our patio. I wish I could give them some kind of review but since they didn't show up at the time agreed upon, I won't be able to do so. Both times Dennis showed up two hours early and since we were trying to coordinate with a gutter repairman who was there to meet us, this became very frustrating. Won't be calling back any time soon.

We have had four or five opportunities to interact with Reddi Industries. Each time the technicians were prompt, kind and performed the request work professionally.

I LOVE the fact that Reddi Industries does not restrict their working hours and there is not an increased charge for after hours or weekend service calls.

After experiencing a negative encounter with another plumber (assigned by my home warranty provider)...Reddi fixed the original problem AND the problem created by the other company.

Call Reddi...they WILL take care of you!!!
