Sunday I woke up to a fairly serious under-the-counter leak from a Kraus faucet. As in previous engagements, I called Chris at RedBud Plumbing (512-987-1320). He was once again able to schedule a brisk service visit and source a better-than-matching faucet from his warehouse and sent Lon to replace the unit. Lon has assisted before: Right on time, professional and friendly (a tough balance to make), subject matter expert, brisk and thorough, just a great combination of customer service and competence. Highly (and frequently) recommended by me and a daughter.

Just no better plumbing company. I've used them three times for various projects in the last 6 months. They've dialed in their process, costs, professionalism and friendliness. As a homeowner, I HATE cleaning up after worker dudes. In my experience, most have left crap, walked in with dirty shoes and move stuff with no care at all for your personal property. Redbud Plumbing is different. They wear shoe booties, are careful with your stuff and clean up after themselves. With service, they don't cut corners either. It's obvious they are concerned about your well being and the function of your home. The owner, Chris, couldn't be nicer. Really. Call him if you're just looking for a friendly person to talk to. It would make your day.
I will never hire another plumbing company unless it's them.

Responsive, respectful, on-time, good at what they do... the list goes on. I'm so happy we found these guys. PS I'm not sure our water pressure has ever been this good!

Responsive. Reliable. Excellent customer service. We have used Redbud on two of our properties when the garbage disposals gave out in each and are extremely pleased with the service provided. Chris was great about advising me on which disposal was best for our needs; I especially appreciate that he didn't make me feel silly for asking basic questions and offered to order the parts for me to make sure I didn't accidentally get the wrong one. We refer all of our real estate clients to Redbud and will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Chris and his team saved us during Snowmageddon when a pipe burst in the ceiling. They came out quickly to do emergency damage control and managed to get the hot water and a shower working for us. They followed up the next week after helping others with similar emergencies and did a great job of getting everything else repaired. They were extremely skilled, efficient, respectful and professional. Definitely our go-to plumber now.

During the polar vortex of Feb/2021 I reached out to Chris. I needed to know if I might have frozen pipes/could I safely use my water heater/was the street valve turned off-on properly?
Chris Stopped by sooner than I expected & I was grateful to see him!
He checked quickly and educated me in how to check for leaks in my house or yard. I lack a customer shut-off valve & he recommended one. I'll certainly follow up on that!
I trust & respect Chris and Redbud Plumbing & will always call them in the future. Best of all, he's a neighbor!
