I had company coming to stay for a week and of course the laundry drain decided to start backing up and flooding the utility room. I got an appointment for the next day, but the projects were running behind and Sean wasn't going to be able to come that day (a Friday). However, Sean called and offered to come the next day - on Saturday - to take a look at the issue. Not only did he find the problem, but he solved it quickly and without making a mess. He also looked in to two other issues I was having and suggested solutions I could do my self (no charge). I highly recommend Sean - very professional!

Found a leak yesterday under our kitchen sink. Called 5 plumbers; only one had msg saying they were closed for the holiday. Left mgs w the other 4. Only Sean of Red Wrench called back, and he did so within 20 min.

He was able to come over later that same afternoon, helped me figure out what was leaking (a small point-of-use water tank), explained where all the shut-offs were, and turned off the water to the leaky device. He charged $45 for it being an ""estimate call"", which seems like good value.

A day later the other plumbers still haven't called back, so whew, glad Sean was able to help us out.

I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but I had to write one for Sean from Red Wrench plumbing. Our garbage disposal wasn't working, so I called Red Wrench. Sean called me back immediately and asked me to look for a red safety button at the bottom of the disposal, reset the button and try turning on the disposal. Voila! I really appreciate the responsiveness and the service; plus, when your plumber has a nice accent, it makes the whole experience delightful :)

Very great service! the owner did a fantastic job. I had an appointment at 4:00 PM today and he called me saying he could come earlier which worked out better for me! He did the job super fast, and hopefully now my leaky toilet will no longer be leaky! His service charge was a little higher than I had hoped but he was very kind, did a great job! Highly Recommend using this company! Don't look else where.

Sean gave me same day service, hauling out old leaky toilet and installing a new one, finishing off with caulk all around the edges, all in one hour!

Let me set the scene: it's early December and we're prepping for an onslaught of family staying with us for a week during the holidays---8 people sharing one bathroom. So in preparation, I DIY replaced the cartridges on our shower's handles to improve the sensitivity of the hot/cold mix, and afterwards our shower became schizophrenic. The first shower would be tepid, the second shower scorching-hot. Water-pressure was minimal. We tried to adjust the hot+cold mix at the pipes, but it only made things worse.

It was driving us crazy, so we called Sean in desperation, assuming that the automatic pressure balancer was somehow to blame. Like a cancer---we wanted it out. Unfortunately it was installed in a very tight space, making the removal and replacement very very tricky. He had an opening early the next week (one day before our family was set to start arriving) and he went in there like a surgeon---removed the pressure balancer with an angle-grinder, patched the copper pipes, and... the temperature control was better but still the water pressure was still weak. Then he discovered one of the cartridges I'd replaced was faulty, so he replaced that as well---still no good. Like a detective on the scent of a crime, he didn't give up, finally narrowed down the water pressure issue to some debris clogging the showerhead. Like a comedy of errors, all these problems had combined to turn our shower into a nightmare.

My first shower after his work was a revelation! Full pressure like I'd never experienced before, complete control of temperature, just in time for our family to arrive. We never had any problem while they were there, and remarkably, no one complained of a shower that was too-cold or too-hot. Sean saved Christmas.

To notch service! When I called Sean picked up immediately. Within 10 minutes he was at the house to do the inspection. Then he was able to figure out what was wrong and in 20 minutes the work was done!

I definitely recommend that you give Red Wrench Plumbing Inc. a call when you have a plumbing issue. I have already added Red Wrench to my speed dial so I won't need to be hunting for anyone else the next time disaster strikes.

I cannot stress enough what a good guy Sean from Red Wrench is. It's Stormageddon 2014 and we had some major leaking. Sean came over within 40 minutes to assess the situation and identified the problem as not plumbing related, but water overflow foundation related. He gave us honest advice on who to contact and didn't charge a dime for the visit/consult.

That is true integrity and customer service.

I highly recommend Sean! He comes when he says and his prices are very fair. He cares that he keeps his customers happy. Sean is reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, personable and fair. He is happy to explain what he is doing and why and wants to be sure you are satisfied. You can trust Sean. I even had a leak in my downstairs that others had quoted high prices for. Sean realized it was something he could fix in less than 30 minutes from my upstairs tub. He did and it has never leaked again. I am sure this saved me hundreds of dollars the other plumbers wanted to charge me and they likely would not have fixed the problem. What more can you want in a plumber? Use Sean I say!
