Sean of Red Wrench came out the day after I called and took care of my bathroom faucets (one dripped, one barely ran) in minutes. He explained what was going on without my having to ask. I was also having trouble with water pressure, which he diagnosed. (No, I didn't need repiping. Whew.) It was a small issue but I'll call him the next time I need plumbing work. He was knowledgeable and practical -- and genuinely interested in helping me.

Overdue review from when he replaced our water heater last year. Did a great job, efficient and prompt. Still working great. Just called him to see if he could fix sewer backup although thought it was not likely
He texted back to call 311 and have the city come out and fix it.
The other plumbing company I called as well did not mention this option.
Super appreciate the info. In fact the city did come out and fixed the issue and Sean saved me a lot of money and hassle.

I hired Sean to replace my tankless water heater. Not only did he do an excellent job with the replacement, but he took a few minutes to answer my questions and familiarize me with the new system. Sean has just finished another great job for me. I called him to see if he could re-do some old and odd plumbing that was in the way of an upcoming renovation. Don't make an appointment if you're expecting him to show up. I had an appointment for Tuesday. So that means he was on my calendar and all other tasks were put off. Half way through the day I called to see when he'd arrive. He was in an apartment job. I said"" so not this week the?"" He said ""no"" I'll be there Friday. It's Friday, he no showed. I called and he'd completely forgotten about my appointment. Highly unprofessional!
