We used this company for a complete repipe and this a a VERY GOOD experience. They show up on time, respectful of your home AND your pocket book. Ryan was the best, great communication, quality work and kept everything on schedule and tidy. Can't recommend this company highly enough. ps their pricing was reasonable and their office staff is great as well.

We have unfortunately needed plumbing repairs in my parents home of many years. Starting with a really bad shower head.
We called for an estimate from another company and we're quoted for a faulty shower- at least 11,000 to $15,000 due to pipes and fittings and what not.
These guys (Tim and Ian) came in and repaired the shower valve for a price that was absolutely reasonable and do-able for seniors on a fixed income.
Then Monday I asked to have a faucet replaced. They called and confirmed our appointment, checked in when they were on their way, and were done and cleaned up in 40 minutes.(would have been faster except for the rusted bolts)
They were polite and considerate. Wore masks for my families sake. In general all around great guys and made it seem so easy.

I have had several bad experiences with Plumber but Tim and Cade were awesome! So very professional and caring! They were very conscientious, neat and did a very professional job. I seldom give 5 stars but they really deserved it. I would recommend this company hands down and will use them again.

We have used this company for three different projects, and they have provided exceptional service each time. Scott and the crew rock! They installed a Central Air conditioning system in my home. The ducts that they installed looked like they were always there. Very clean as construction goes! My old floor heater didn't give them a easy task in being removed. Alex was meticulous. Brian was very educational, this was our first system. He did all the prep work on the first and final days. Very friendly crew! He even gave me a heads up on potential problems with my electrical wiring. I would highly recommend them!

Our gas water heater doesn't heat up. My tenant called them. A guy came in with empty hands, no tools. I gave him user manual; it is in his hands already. He did not troubleshoot anything. He kept calling the manufacturer. Manufacturer didn't response. He told us to replace the electronic module for over $600 or replace the whole water heater for over $1500. He interfered between me and my tenant and told her you can hold the rent if he didn't fix the water heater blah blah... and tried to push me to replace the whole unit. I cannot stand that he is making my tenant to fight me; I have to pay $95 for service call which he didn't troubleshoot anything.
Later, I searched problem on internet and YouTube and I figured out I need to clean igniter. Unplugged the electrical cord, removed cover and cleaned the igniter with a small knife. It took only ten min. It works fine perfectly. (It may be the same issue if your gas heater doesn't light up. Just clean the igniter. Don't call them.)
Why would we call him to tell us to replace the whole unit and take $95? I believe he knew the problem and he just trying to scam and make much more money.

We used Scott in 2013 and again in 2014 for two separate jobs. When we purchased our home the secondary kids bath was just a shower and we wanted to add a bathtub. Along with adding the bathtub we added an upstairs laundry area. Scott and his team did all of the plumbing and HVAC for this job, he was fair with his prices, showed up on time and completed the jobs on-time. Because of this we used him again in 2014 when remodeling our master bathroom. Scott's team helped us move existing plumbing and roughed in additional body sprayers in the shower. He even helped us measure and fit the drain pipe for our new bathtub. In all of my dealings with Scott, he has been upfront and honest with his assessments. There were no other additional, hidden fees. I had my own Ideas on how I wanted the upstairs laundry area, and Scott made his own honest, direct and professional recommendation on the laundry area, based on his experience. We went with his way and Im glad we did! We are now in the process of selling our home and the inspections passed with flying colors because of Scott. It's now 2016; 2-3 years since he has done work on our home and we have not had any issues with his work. I would highly recommend Scott and RWB Plumbing and HVAC for his experience and work.
