My kitchen sink was clogged during the noon this SUNDAY. I was very frustrated because i have a toddler at home. I called them around 12 pm, the guy who answered the phone was very nice and told me that he can come over during 5 pm to 7 pm. Around 4:50, I messaged him to update me the ETA. He replied and said the ETA was 10 minutes. He arrived my home exactly at 5 pm (so impressive that he replied the message and arrive on time). When he arrived our home, he noticed that we have cat stuff at home, he reminded my husband to close the door. That was such beautiful thing he did. He is pro, and solve our problem less than 30 minutes. Very impressive. I am highly recommending them.

A++. We had a burst pipe in our backyard and had to shut down the water main to the house. With multiple children in the house, having no water is not a good situation. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and within the hour, after finishing a job they were on, Ray and Waheed showed up at our house. They are very friendly and professional, and took care of our problem with care, quality parts, and a smile, that same afternoon. Their price was also very reasonable. I'm keeping their business card in case of future plumbing issues, that's for sure! I highly recommend Red Tulip Plumbing based on this experience, and we already have another appointment to solve additional issues.

They arrived within two hours of my phone call for an appointment for an estimate. They won the job and returned within two hours to do the work, after I accepted the option to go to the hardware store to pick up the style of kitchen-sink faucet we desired (which reduced the estimate cost). The kitchen was restored within three hours. They stayed with the original estimate even though the work was greater than estimated. They also provided a senior citizen's discount. They were also very courteous and willing to explain as they worked. This was an excellent experience with excellent workmanship and advice.

I called Red Tulip team about my shower leak in the late afternoon and they came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. The problem was fixed and my shower was back in action before end of the day. The guys were very polite and good to work with, I was very pleased about the price and will certainly call them next time need a plumber.
