Highly recommended! Ray and Ahamad do the fantastic job at a quite decent price. We employed them to do the kitchen sink installation, toilet and vanity replacement for our newly bought home. They are not only professional at their job but are also considerate to their customers. After the sink installation, Ahamad cleans everything for us, which makes us feel quite comfortable. Both these two guys are quite polite and easy to talk. Have already recommended them to one of my friends. Definitely will use their services in the future!

I had an issue with the Air Gap from my dishwasher leaking water. Red Tulip came over and had the issue resolved within an hour, including the time it took them to get a non-standard part they needed. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Red Tulip has amazing customer focus, I am delighted to have found them. My tenant in Hayward was complaining that the pilot light in the water heater was intermittently shutting off. Rohullah responded to my inquiry in minutes and went over to the site the next day event after I told him it was not critically urgent. He provided me an low and high estimate of the work. Lucky for me, it came in on the low side, but I really loved how he set proper expectations. He fixed it on the spot. Several days later, a new issue came up that was much more urgent. He made it over the same day, and again gave me a high and low estimate. Lucky again for me it came out on the low side, but the point is that he's so good about communication and setting expectation. Incidentally, my tenant invited another plumber to bid for the job, and the diagnosis the other person gave was three times the amount, and the other guy decided not to take the job. Rohullah is courteous, respectful, great at follow up, overall communication, and a very skillful plumber! My interaction was solely over the phone and paypal (he texted me invoices at my request) but my tenant says he is friendly and shows up well. Keep up the great customer service Red Tulip! Rohullah, the owner responded in my request for an urgent fix on my kitchen faucet and pipe very quickly. This is also 5pm, the weekend before July 4th weekend when most people already have close for business sign. They came promptly at 6pm and fix the clogging and replacing a pipe very very quickly. The cost is also very responsible. I'm definitely recommend them to all my friends in this area!!!
