I called Red Star Plumbing on a Sunday night with an emergency water leak, Eric answered the phone and was able to get a technician out right away. The technician (Zach) arrived shortly and had my leak stopped with a temporary fix within 15 minutes! I then had Red Star come back out the next day and do the full repair. Great service at great rates... Thank you Red Star Team! 10/10 recommend

I noticed a leak from underneath my kitchen sink and saw that it was leaking from the garbage disposal. This happened to be on a Friday afternoon I and had family coming over that evening. I called around to different plumbing companies in the area and either nobody picked up, or their earliest available appointment was on Monday. I finally found Red Star. Eric answered the phone and understood my situation. He checked around and made sure to have someone on route to my house in 30 minutes. Kyle came by right away. He took a look at the problem, told me what it was, and fixed it. No hassles. He even went out, picked me up the parts I needed, and came back to finish the job. The whole thing took less than 2 hours from initially contacting them, to finishing the job. Will definitely use them again. Well-appreciated their timeliness and courtesy. Thank you Red Star!

I researched on Google. I tried fixing it myself. I called another plumber who had no clue, asked me to find the part, and offered to come back when I figured it out. Then I called Red Star.

Well, actually, I emailed them late at night. By the time I had checked my email mid-morning, there was already a reply. We agreed that they would stop by early afternoon. On time. Fixed. No fuss, no muss. Just plain simple solution and a can-do attitude. I much prefer to support family businesses, and Red Star is why. Look no further.

These guys rock!! I called one morning around 8am because I had a leak coming from the bottom of my toilet. I had family coming into town that afternoon and it had to be fixed ASAP!! I had called Roto, but they said they'd have someone here at 4pm, which wasn't really ideal. Red Star came to my rescue within the hour of calling!! Turned into a bit of a bigger mess than I had thought, but they fixed it all up before I ran to the airport, AND for a lower price than I expected! Highly recommend giving them a call before anyone else.

These guys were there when we had a bad over flow back up into our master bathroom & bedroom, they came out early Sunday morning fixed the clog. Had to put a claim In with our homeowners insurance. Well the claims dept. sent out a guy to do the a link detection & he told me & the adjuster completely different information, the ins. Co. Was not going to cover our claim. Well I got a 2nd opinion from Red Star Plumbing. They found the correct problem & took the time to call my claim adjuster & explain what caused everything & what repairs needed to be done, even my adjuster was very pleased with them! Well my homeowners in's. Covered the claim & within a couple days Red Star Plumbing was out to our house doing the repairs that were needed to avoid this problem again. They are a reliable honest. You can't go wrong with this company!
